Free shuttle service was great both ways. The hotel is new and very clean, the staff very attentive and welcoming. We only spent one night there but our stay was very comfortable. Basic rooms are small but they very cozy and the furniture and bed linen are good quality. Will stay at Ibis Aeroporto again even if the hotel is further away from the airport than the other hotels.

Staff is great! Even though we had a super early flight we had a shuttle to the airport. It was heavy rain at that time, so they brought the van to underground parking lot. So nice!

after driving around Europe for five weeks, we found this gem very close to the airport. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The restaurant attached to the hotel had a great selection of food. We would highly recommend this hotel for others

We waited 1 hour for the shuttle from the airport on the evening of Dec 08. And yes, we called the hotel but no answer. We had to pay for a taxi. The explanation from the gentleman at the desk made no sense.

Room was hot like a sauna (25C!) and we arent allowed to use thermostat! Front desk controls thermostat and they could only turn on ventilation, but still too hot. We kept our balcony door open for couple hours to cool room down. Weird hotel. Once we made it to the morning, breakfast was excellent though.
