The only truly good thing that I can say about this hotel is that the rooms are quiet. Manageable for a 1 night stay to catch an early flight. Not good for more than one night.

What a great find! The Ibis Styles Lisbon Airport is modern, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for being right at the airport. The staff are friendly and attentive, making check-in and every interaction smooth and pleasant. Rooms are spotless, stylish, and very comfortable — perfect for a quick overnight or even a longer stay. The on-site restaurant offers healthy meal options, and the included breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh, nutritious choices. This hotel makes early flights or late arrivals stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return on our next visit to Lisbon!

Rooms are nice and clean, very convenient location, airport shuttle. Staff appear overwhelmed. Check-in took exorbitant amount of time. Restaurant staff is clearly poorly trained, and service was terrible. Food was even worse than service. We would stay here again; just would never plan to eat here.

Quick exit to Lisbon International Airport

We were there for 1 night as a stopover in order to be close to Lisbon International Airport. The hotel was clean, the staff helpful. What we weren't informed of was that the hotel key card was mandatory to use the elevator and the hotel room lights and electricity. Not a huge problem but one of our party was left in the dark while the other left to return the rental car. If you stay there we recommend getting 2 key cards. There was a restaurant adjacent to the hotel which made it easy to get a late night meal. We left before the breakfast (at an extra cost) was being served. The shuttle to the airport ran every 30 minutes which made it easy to get to the airport, however, we were left off at the arrival terminal which meant we had to trek through the terminal to get to the departure area. We were not informed of this and we were very glad we had made the decision to leave the hotel early enough to manuever the elevators, escalators and the passport lines to get to our plane in ample time.
