1) I like friendly staff. 2) easy check-in, 3) Good breakfast. 4) double toilet for hygiene. Need to be improved— 1) bathtub supposed to be a little low — hard to get in and get out. 2) Need a microwave and a small freezer in a room. 3) The hair dryer has to be more watts or a little higher power. Everything else is fine and good. Highly recommend to everyone.

Missing a kettle in the room to make our tea!

Good size room. Shower is very good with excellent pressure. Very comfortable, firm bed, the way we like it. A tiny bacony but there is no chair in it. There is a sink and a cupboard, but no plates, cups, cutlery or a kettle. Excellent location with taxis available nearby. The breakfast is very good with fresh fruits (melon, mango, watermelon and fruit salad), but no cereal. The breakfast room is not very big, considering the size of the hotel. 3 very good lifts.

We stayed for two nights here, the hotel had everything you could want. It was clean, comfortable and the free breakfast was a huge bonus. The staff at this hotel are amazing. No matter who we ran into at the front desk, we had a great experience and they were very helpful. To the man who was able to find us the UEFA Final and put it on in the bar when none of the rooms had the channel, thank you so much!
