Internet was not adequate. Charging was very slow. Tv did not turn on. 10 e for bottle of soda,ya.

Only there one night but the staff was helpful and friendly

Conveniently located , small room in general mediocre, fortunately was for one night only. Most of the staff at the front desk were nice, but the guy who checked me in was very rude, was acted like he was an immigration officer and I was doing something wrong, that made me feel very uncomfortable. General ok hotel, but for the price , I could have chosen a better hotel.

Clean and new! Comfortable and perfect for what we needed close to airport.

Location okay. Lady at the front desk asked me to pay at check in to guarantee the room...I was a bit surprised, but paid so all good.

This room that we were assigned was for handicap people. Very unhelpful desk clerk said that we made a handicap reservation. In and of it’s self, this would not have been a problem, but the bathroom light didn’t work we were unable to lock the door and there was an extra door in the room to record a key when no key was available. We did not feel safe in this hotel and were told that there is no other room available.

The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast coffee was not very good.

Convenient for airport stays good timely shuttle service t airport

Shuttle to airport should be free. That’s why you do an airport hotel.

Staff were very helpful and there is a nice breakfast. Everyone speaks English well. Wake up call came late, so make sure to set your own alarm. But I would stay here again if I need to be near the airport.

It was ok. Hotel advertises a shuttle from the airport. When we got to the airport we called the hotel. They said it was on the way. 45 minutes later a friendly local called the hotel and learned “the shuttle doesn’t work”. Took a cab to the hotel. 8 Euros later and no apology from the staff we stayed overnight. Overall acceptable. Clean room. A little loud. Breakfast was fine. Btw - all of a sudden the shuttle appeared in the morning.

Even though our reservation said check in time is 2PM they said it was 3 PM and they didn't even try to see if anything was available earlier. Also the third bed we paid extra for was a joke. Room extremely small. We stayed in Portugal 14 nights and for the price it was the worst room. It was close to airport and plenty of free parking.

Short ride from the airport to the hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms. Nice breakfast included with room.
