The location is excellent, every tourist attraction is nearby, very lively area with a lot of restaurants bars around. We traveled with family it felt safe and good neighborhood. There interior of the apartment is newly renovated. We had comfortable stay. The instructions were adequate and help as available all times.

The good things about this property: 1. Location: absolutely unbeatable as it is in middle of everything. There’s a supermarket literally downstairs. Numerous dining and shopping options within literally steps. All major tourist attractions are either with walking distance or conveniently accessible by public transportations regardless of Metro, Suburban railway, TRAM, or bus. It’s also only 25min away from airport by Uber. 2. The condition of the unit itself is nice with sizable living room/kitchen and a bedroom. The layout is also suitable for a couple with kids. The apartment is very safe with heavy metal gate downstairs and daily cleaning crew. Not so good/to be improved: 1) the bathroom, although of a good size, has ventilation issues. there’s no window so the ceiling ventilator needs to be upgraded to a bigger, more powerful one. Bad ventilation on top of perhaps plumbing issue which leads to leaking after showers caused an unpleasant smell that can’t go away. Owner needs to order a plumbing service and replaces the ceiling ventilator. 2) there’s a washer/dryer machine in the unit but it doesn’t dry laundry even though the drying process takes 3-4hrs to complete. Owner provides an ikea drying rack which is nice but the clothes will be too wet out of machine to dry within a reasonable amount of time on that rack. 3) Wi-Fi is very unstable. Can be hit or miss.

Love the location of this property. It is near many great landmarks, activities, and a metro station that easily took us to places not within walking distance. Restaurants and many other amenities are within reach.

The bath towels smells moldy. The virtual check in machine was not working and had to be rebooted. The safe was closed when we get there. The oven was beeping every minute and it ruined my first nigh of sleep in the apartment. The following 2 nights, I had to turn off the breaker of the oven to stop the beeping sound so I can sleep and turn it back on int the morning as the fridge shared the same breaker circuit.

Run down furniture, bad smell

The communication was terrible. Never replied my messages and didn’t give us the wifi code. The bathroom smelled terrible coming from the pipes. The furniture was run down and the place was a 3 star property but you advertised it as a five star apartment. The pictures weren’t accurate at all. The only good thing was the location.

Pretty good!

This hotel/apartment was pretty good - my only issue was the door and signage was really poor, took quite a while to actually find out where to enter, and I also never received the entry code to get my access codes. Besides that the room was quite good, very clean, extremely hard bed though which may not be to everyone’s taste.
