Hotel was wonderful. Great location. Staff is attentive. Rooms clean. Lobby is new with a lovely bar where you can get smaller meals. Our room was older but the location perfect. Hotel is currently updating rooms. Great place to stay.

Nice hotel in the city centre. Very good breakfast. We booked two rooms and only one of them was ready for check in at 3:00pm. The other room wasn’t ready till 5:30pm Also there are no tea and coffee bags in the room.

Great hotel with

At checkin we got a room with three separate beds but given our family situation (traveling with a three-year-old) they upgraded our room for free. We got an amazing room with a Balcony and great view of the castle. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was included and very good quality and variety. Location was also great, walking distance to all sort of shops and transportation.

The hotel was very kind to us since I sustained an injury away from the hotel and they did everything to make me more comfortable from getting me a handicap room to lending me a wheelchair to serving me in the breakfast buffet dining room. Thank you to your wonderful kind staff.

That bed was creaking and the mattress was too firm ( hard). Food was excellent. Bathroom some rust on the tub close to the faucet and drain on the sink in the bathroom was loose stopping the water going down. Air conditioner was too warm.. Employees were fantastic from the beginning of our staying until the end on any department. Congratulations to all your employees.

Very helpful staff. Gave us good information about how to get around and appreciated us with a welcome gift and a parting gift because we stayed for a longer period of time. Rooftop bar is a nice place to go to have a drink and get some good views of the city. Rooms are simple but spacious. Appreciated our stay here.
