I like the location, very close to a Metro stop. I took Metro from the airport in about 20 minutes. Also it is in the old town and close to the water. They need more power outlets to plug my stuff into. The mattress could have been better. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fairly good and starts at 7:00 with lots of seating. Needs more snacks and soda in the minibar. Overall, a good experience.

The location was great. The rooms are nice. If you park there, make sure you have a small car with automatic transmission. The parking garage has really tight turns and spiral access ramps. The breakfast buffet, although free, was not impressive.

We were able to walk to shopping, cafe, restaurants. It was a good location

Waiting at front desk too long for service while a staff person spent more than 20 mins on a call with people waiting

Walking distance to all the stores and restaurants subway buses and tram

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. One of the nicest hotels I've been in. Very busy all day long with people in and out. Breakfast is from 7-10:30am daily and was always very busy! The food was always plentiful and was slightly different every day. Some of the best restaurants in town were practically around the corner, behind the Teatro D. Maria II, about a 1-2 minute walk. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice Hotel with large rooms by European standards and a fantastic location. Metro stop is less than a block away. The best prize is the complimentary breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Very tight parking spaces.

This hotel is in a great location, very easy access to almost anything in Lisbon, and at a good spot for public transportation. Our room was a good size large with a nice view and I loved that we could open the windows and get a great breeze. Beds were very comfortable and aside front he septic odor coming from the bathroom, the stay was very enjoyable and I would recommend this place.

Ask for heat on four occasions. Lucky I only stayed for one night. The location was good. Say to access the train from the hotel.

Nice room but very uncomfortable, I’m in the 6th floor and you listened the noise of the streets, really bad experience. The amenities and the staff good

Perfect location. Could not be better. Rooftop bar is amazing. Staff work hard. Rooms are okay (furniture and carpets are a bit old), but we were not in the room much--too much to see. Read reviews where a lot of people complain about the elevators, but there is another set of elevators by the main stairs that no one uses, so very fast.

The hotel is located in the heart of Lisbon, within walking distance of Rossio and Praça da Figueira. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The free breakfast provided is abundant and delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel also provides free parking in the same building. Free WiFi in the reception area, but in the rooms you must pay for it (this is the only drawback). I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone.

The location is ideal if you want to be close to Rossio. But that is where any degree of excitement ends. The staff lackluster. And most likely, features of your previous hotel stays for which you didn't have additional charges, is available at this hotel only as an option. Example: Safe box. If you want to use it, call downstairs. You want wi-fi, call downstairs. I made a couple of calls from the landline. Paid nearly 9 euros. SOmething about being nickel and dimed that takes away from feeling like you are on vacation. Take caution.

The location is unbeatable, and the hotel is very nice. Included free parking and breakfast for us, which was great, and had a great upstairs bar. Breakfast is somewhat average, but a nice way to start the day nonetheless, and other options are all round. Can literally walk to all tourist areas in Lisboa from this hotel.

The hotel was great. Nice and clean and in a central location within walking distance to the metro station and downtown lisbon. Shops and restaurants were also very close. The room was great, clean and spacious.

Front desk staff showed enthusiasm in recommendations and made some excellent restaurant bookings. We would have liked to find a way of striking out on our own using public transport.Perhaps we hoped for too much with no Portuguese of our own but trying to be one of the locals and dealing with their travel c onsiderations is an interesting part of travelling. So that is maybe a bit picky which we do not want to be as the hotel staff were really good.

not a great place to stay. just very average and ordinary.

Hotel well situated, caters to group travel, included breakfast buffet was not impressive, room was very small and noisy, housekeeper did a very good job, bath tub leaked onto bathroom floor. I would not recommend this hotel. No free WIFI.

Within walking distance of major sites and transportation connections, this hotel offers comfortable facilities, good service, and an ample buffet breakfast. Views from the 8th floor restaurant are more memorable than the food. We were able to get the Metro to the Gulbankian museum by taking a short walk to the Azul metro line in front of the Rossio train station; we took tram 28 (Watch out for pick-pockets!) , which makes a scenic loop beginning and ending steps away from the hotel. Nearby " Restaurant Rrow " offers lots of dining choices. Overall, this is a good choice for convenience and value.
