Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great terrace with wonderful views of the city. Room service was also incredible! The lobby bar has good service and drinks. The personnel is very attentive and friendly; as are the gentlemen at the entrance of the hotel. They are very helpful in getting you transportation to town and the airport.
Nice hotel, but pricey for the quality of service. Dinner for two cost me $250 US without tip, breakfast $100 US for two with tip. No name recognition by staff, no exceptional service.Location is quite good.
The most amazing and spectacular hotel experience ever! We enjoyed every moment, right from check-in, to our wonderful suite with two balconies, the meals, the views, and great service. We cannot wait to return !
And again was our stay at the Four Seasons hotel fantastic. We enjoyed our first stay in Lisbon and it was a great experience. To complete our vacation the Four Seasons hotel was great. The room was beautiful and the staff makes you stay complete. Big compliments for the good service. Obrigado :-)
We arrived for a three night stay and our room was ready. The staff made a fuss of welcoming us and showed us to the room and then helped make sure that the WiFi and the safe were working properly when they did not appear to be. The welcome port and Custard Tarts were a very nice touch. The room had a large balcony with a view over the park and was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was the only part that i would say was a little subpar with a toilet in which they had squeezed in a bidet and a shower that might have been tough on larger people. The restaurant for breakfast was charming and the bar in the evening lovely. The defining factor in me awarding 5 versus 4 blobs was the service though. It was just really exceptional. There also was a well equipped fitness area and a running track with a great view on top of the building.
My husband and two daughters took me to the Veranda restaurant for my 50th birthday this week and it was a wonderful evening. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was super and the food was amazing. Thank you so much for my cake, that made the end of the dinner perfect. I would recommend this restaurant for a special occasion and also just to enjoy the fantastic food and wine. Thank you to all the staff for making my 50th birthday so special.
This is a superb hotel with an amazing staff team. I cannot thank Daniel (duty manager) for the care and attention given to us from arrival to departure and to Ana (from Seville) who looked after our family at breakfast and surprised our daughter by arranging birthday cake and card from the hotel in our daughters room when she arrived back from breakfast! So incredibly kind and thoughtful and the attention to detail second to none. None of this was asked for, it was just taken care of by the hotel. We will definitely be back and I cannot praise this hotel enough. It is excellent. Now we are off to explore Lisbon but if you’re visiting this beautiful city, I’d strongly advise you to stay here!
No hesitation recommending this hotel. Not one drawback. You will have no regrets. It has more of a North American flare rather than being representative of Portugal. Definitely recommend to all. Has the usual Four Seasons price tag but you know you are in a five star hotel.
The hotel is very old, the rooms are ugly and it is so much overpriced that it is embarrassing. The hotel looks like it has not been renovated since opening in 1956. I don’t understand how this is still operating at such prices. One feels cheated being here. Please, please, if you normally go to 5 star hotels do not consider this hotel. It is at best a three star. A disgrace for Four Seasons. They are cheating the customers that come to Lisbon. I have been to other Four Seasons globally, but after being cheated in Portugal I will never go to another Four Seasons anywhere in the world. I will stick to beautiful Shangri La.
The Four Seasons Ritz was a great place to stay in every way possible! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the pool was great on the hot days. The desk staff and concierge were also great. We didn’t eat in as we ate out for breakfast, lunch and dinner to experience the great cuisine of Lisbon.
