Every experience at the Four Seasons was five star! The room is relaxing, the staff is friendly and extremely attentive, the workout facility is world class and spectacular! Cuisine is as wonderful as the service. Our departure was extremely well coordinated and punctual.

The Ritz is a special hotel property located in Lisbon located just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown near the park of Eduardo VII just 4 KM from downtown. The hotel is spotless. The service is impeccable. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent. We had one dinner and two breakfasts. My only complaint was that the scrambled eggs were cold on the buffet. I mentioned and the waiter found that the alcohol flames were out of fuel. Every comfort is addressed and there are many amenities including a fitness center on the top floor that gives a great panoramic of the city, which should be viewed both during the day and at night. The cost is high, but if you are looking for the top of the line and demand excellence,, consider the Ritz Four Seasons in Lisbon.

Four Seasons Ritz is a fantastic place to base your stay in Lisbon. Far enough away from the busy part of time to be peaceful. Great views of the city and the park. Nice big lobby. Impeccable service from all the staff. Concierge knew all the great spots to eat and was well connected to get last minute reservations. Easy to set up tours through the concierge as well. Bar and restaurant food is outstanding. They have some sushi as well but we did not try it. Rooms are large and very comfortable with balconies. Indoor pool. Rooftop running track and gym. I wish this had been a rooftop bar instead.

When we first arrived at the hotel, I was dismayed to see a slab of a concrete building, perched atop a hill. My misgivings immediately vanished with the warm and genuine welcome we received from the door and front desk staff. We stayed in a suite that was spacious and bright; the fitness center was well-equipped, spotless and suited our needs; and the breakfast was delicious and abundant. The lobby and dining rooms are beautifully decorated with modern art, plentiful and comfortable seating, and elaborate floral arrangements. What sets this hotel apart, though, beyond cosmetics, is the level of service. The staff learns your name extremely quickly. The concierges -- and their recommendations -- are top-notch, as is housekeeping (superb and unobtrusive), the door staff, front desk staff, the restaurant staff. I put two books on top of my nightstand, and housekeeping left me book marks for them. I was beyond touched. The room decor does need a 21st-Century "refresh" (it seemed very 1980s/90s), though there are large flat screen TVs and plenty of outlets for all of our devices, and nothing in the room looked shabby or worn. The WiFi, though finicky at times, was mostly strong. The bed was extremely comfortable. Although the hotel is not located in the center of the city, taxis and Ubers were generally easy to secure and inexpensive in comparison with other cities. While it might have been nice to have a couple of lounges on our balcony for relaxation in addition to the table and chairs, and a separate outdoor space for guests with food/beverage service and lounges to soak up the sun, would I stay here again? Absolutely, and I am highly recommending the Four Seasons to family and friends who are planning to visit Lisbon in the coming months.

Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Hotel is a good Hotel; great service(!!), great staffs, nice pool, amazing spa, located at a convenient place of the city, and others; however, the place needs a little touch up as the room was a bit outdated. Overall, lovely experience.

We were only there 3 days with Tauck tours but this hotel is amazing! So incredibly beautiful and the people very friendly. They make you feel very welcome. The food was very delicious and plentiful. The room was large, updated and beautiful. Only negative is that it’s not centrally located with few restaurants or shops around there.

quality hotel, great service, although Hotel needs to be updated. pool great, rooms large and comfortable. restaurant very good for breakfast as well. quiet and well situated. staff are excellent and reflect the brand of Four Seasons

A grand hotel – originally built around 1959 but with up-to-date renovations. I’m not sure whether it is a grand hotel for tourists (enormous public rooms, grand dining, spectacular floral displays) or a business hotel for business travellers (wifi, business centre, range of secretarial services and conference facilities). It is probably successful on both counts. The rooms are large and modern with a balcony. The bathroom (marble floors and walls) is modern with all facilities. The staff are especially friendly and helpful. Scores 5 out of 5. I’ve probably stayed at better hotels – but not many.

I wasn’t sure I wanted to stay here bc it is a little bit of a walk Into city center( 25 min) but it’s so worth it Plus the hotel organized a driver for $250-300 euro a day for the main 2 days of sightseeing .he was amazing and showed us everything and waited for us . The service is amazing. You are treated very nicely . The hotel gave us a card to get into a very hard restaurant called Ramiro for us to get in front of the line. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The caliber of people who stay there is much better than any other hotel . I had my best massage in their spa. It was the best Four seasons that I ever stayed in. The staff is very friendly and really cares about their guests.

Well situated in Lisbon, ideal for walking/exploring the Baixa and other neighborhoods. The city is absolutely beautiful and relatively clean. Our room rate included the breakfast; lots of wonderful pastries and other breakfast fare. Interestingly, the coffee was weaker than I like. The fitness center here is wonderful. It's well equipped with a rooftop jogging path with extraordinary views of the city. When we checked in, the room smelled like cigarettes (the balconies here have ash trays), but the staff relocated us to different room in no time at all. L'Occitane bath products and very nice robes and slippers. As expected, great bedding.
