Our room had a persistent smell of sewage. Staff ignored our complaints.
Such a great experience - we had several changes and the staff was super accommodating. The rooms were immaculately cleaned each day. And the location simply cannot be beat. All at a price point much lower than two other hotels we stayed at in the same area which paled in comparison to The 7 Hotel. Highly recommend!
Only problem was elevator issues. We were forced to use the service elevators for our entire stay. Very good breakfast buffet
Location was good, close to Metro and sites. Rooms are small. Staff was great and very friendly.
very happy with my 2 nights stay. the check-in was easy and staff very welcoming and friendly. the hotel is easy to get to from airport (the airport bus stops about 2 blocks from hotel and a taxi is about 15-20 mins ride). the room was very clean, had everything you needed for a simple stay in Lisbon. was not too big or too small, perfect size for the price. I was on the 4th fl overlooking the front of the building, did not experience any loud noises at night.

A la vuelta del hotel hay una estación de metro donde podrás conectar fácilmente con el resto de la ciudad. Un taxi o Uber desde el aeropuerto al hotel o viceversa, me costó a penas 10 euros. Si bien el hotel no tiene muchas atracciones, la limpieza y el estado de las habitaciones es excelente, y el servicio del personal es atento y muy bueno. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
