Staying at 138 Liberdade was a 5 star experience! The valet parking, knowledgeable and professional receptionist, attentive staff, beautiful room, delicious breakfast buffet, and a perfect location for exploring Lisbon made our stay a most memorable experience. We also had an outstanding dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food, service, and piano music, could not have been better!
Excellent customer service. The front staff is always there to answer questions. They also have concierge. Someone is always there to greet you. The lobby is spacious and the rooms are nicely decorated. I stayed in the suite and it was very roomy. The restaurant was more like fine dining; it wasn’t really my taste, but if you’re into it, you would enjoy it. They even delivered some free chocolates to my room the night before I departed which was an excellent touch. I have traveled around the world and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
