Will Not Return Deposit

Sadly, I cannot recommend this apartment. The management company for this rental has not returned my security deposit despite several attempts on my part to communicate with them over the last 2 1/2 months.

Do not recommend! I want my deposit back!

The place was decent, but 1) had trouble getting in the building the first day; the pass code did not work and no one would return the our call. 2) got stuck in the elevator not once, but twice during the trip; again the host did not returned our calls, not even later in the day. Eventually a neighbor helped us. 3) My biggest complaint is the host will not return my deposit...they say they have retruned it, but I have yet to receive anything. It has been six weeks. 4) Views are ok, but no window treatment, so you will see the sunrise from both bedrooms. I did not mine, my kids did not appreciate it. 5) Kitchen is not very well equipped. We did not plan to cook, but could not have if we wanted to. 6) Close to the airport so you can hear planes all day. Not horrible, most of the time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We had an excellent experience and highly recommend. The apartment has some of the most gorgeous views of the city in Lisbon. The apartment has all the amenities needed. Management was great in working with us during our stay. A++

We waited over an hour in the hallway with our bags as the key didn’t work. Finally got access to find that the apartment is on the flight path for the airport and the roosters in the park next door start at 4 am. View of the river was nice if you don’t mind the planes coming in every 30 seconds

FeWo- direkt: Prospektfehler. 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad fehlt Service Vrbo: Supervisor findet, ist zumutbar für die Erwachsene Person und die Quadratmeter, gewährt nicht Vertrauen-Buchen-Garantie Vertragspartner WHome: Einflugschneise vor der Wohnung verschwiegen. Sieht die Prospekt- Fehler bei FeWo und hat keine Alternative für den Kunden. Reagiert nicht auf Stellungnahmen und Fristen; mehrfach. Kunde: Hat nichts falsch gemacht, fristgerecht bezahlt aber weniger bekommen. Zwei Urlaubstage für Korrespondenzen verloren. Fühlt sich von allen betrogen, wird diese Unternehmen nicht weiter empfehlen!!! :-(((((((((

Magnifique appartement - une vue splendide

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour dans cet appartement avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la ville. Très calme, propre et confortable, parfait pour les familles. Par contre, le quartier autour de l'immeuble n'est pas très accueillant. Il est toute de même possible de trouver des bons restaurants à quelques minutes de marche.
