Awesome stay

Awesome place to stay! Firstly, I received great communication from the property which I found very helpful. It’s very close to many tourist attractions. The apartment was very clean and decorated very nicely. The sheets smelled nicely. It had all the amenities that we needed. Definitely coming back!

How would I know and review when I could not even stay there. Absolutely awful experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Nobody answer the phone, nobody to help us out. Just took our payment and completely ignored.

The place is good but noisy at night due to the continual bar scene till the early hours of the morning every night. If you’re a late night bar frequenter this is a good place for you!

Location was good for exploring the city, but on two occasions where I needed assistance, my messages went unanswered. Apartment was decent and seemed clean but had an odor that did make it difficult to sleep. Entry door doesn’t lock during a power outage which definitely made the unit feel less safe. Overall it was fine, but communication was a huge miss. Don’t think I would use again in the future, as I value having responsive assistance when needed while traveling abroad.

We loved our stay. We picked the apartment based on the good reviews and the somewhat central location. We had no idea how amazing the neighborhood was. We loved all of the fun cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of 4 and we would definitely stay again on our next trip to Lisbon.

We loved our stay in the studio apartment at Residentas Apostolos! The staff was in constant communication via WhatsAPP and went above and beyond to ensure an amazing stay. We arrived before check in time & were able to leave our luggage at their other location. Mathilde greeted us & was extremely helpful with the luggage, suggestions, charging our phones, etc. Exceptional customer care. The studio apartment was clean, spacious, & beautiful inside. Everything we needed was within walking distance or a short distance via Uber or public transport. A great location!

The apartment was excellent for a week long stay - clean, comfortable, and with a very well appointed kitchen for a small space. The only thing I would mention is that although there is a washing machine in the unit, there is no dryer. Overall a wonderful place to stay for visiting Lisbon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Residentas Apostolos. The size of the apartment was very comfortable, it had all the necessary amenities; it was easy to cook and do the laundry. The apartment was close to many historic sights and restaurants. The communication with the Residentas team was fast and efficient. We even got a special gift on our son's birthday!
