This is a really lovely hotel with a lot of local charm. It is right by the Lisbon lift and in the heart of the city center. Sightseeing points are within walking distance, and shopping and restaurants are nearby. The staff is very nice and welcoming, and breakfast is really good with a variety of choices. The coffee machine makes specialty coffees, which are included with breakfast. The lady at the buffet was the best.

Random trip pleasant experience

I had one of the recently renovated rooms. It was really nice and cozy. The front desk concierge was really nice. The guy named Murphy was really helpful and took the time to tell me about the city and good places to eat and visit. I was really pleased with the location right next to the lift and the orchestra show not far away. This was a really last minute trip for me as i booked the hotel once i landed in Portugal. I would recommend and i would stay here again based on my experience

I do NOT recommend staying at this hotel. There were bedbugs in my room and the hotel management was completely unresponsive when I tried to address the issue with them.
