Loved our room and the view, breakfast was huge and delicious. Several good restaurants in walking distance. Love the sky bar but recommend reservations for a weekend night. Close taxi or uber ride to airport.

Incredibly accessible as the airport is a 10 minute ride in busy traffic and the train station is directly across from the hotel. The staff, service, restaurants, bar and food were fantastic! The best food I’ve had in a hotel for a long time! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. Eco friendly too-bonus! I will definitely return to this hotel. The MEO arena is a two minute walk from the hotel.

Nice breakfast, pleasant staff. Good location. Dining options in Oriente mostly mid range nothing special Pool and spa very dated, pool in particular didn’t appear to have filer and pump working. Veranda area old furniture and not inviting. We were on floor 13 and room was very comfortable. Not sure cleaning was very thorough. It was mostly very peaceful. Some very noisy neighbours on our last night but sound insulation better than many hotels

The area is close by the train and bus stations. Restaurants are close by, ahopping mall is 2 minutes walk. The lights in the room are not bright enough, I prefer white color and prefer LED better.

Great stay located by food, aquarium and air port. Families please be aware of the underground parking with your children. Old Diesel vehicles were parked here (their club members we were told) at our visit and set the carbon monoxide off in the parking multiple times. Was very scary given the smell, and getting dizzy unloading our vehicle and finding the elevator with alarms going off.

The hotel as a whole is great. Staff was a mix option. There were some staff that were very attentive and well spoken. However, there were also some staff that felt they worked at such a prestigious hotel, that they had to talk down on you when you are the guest who actually paid to stay at the property. I felt some of the staff were extremely rude with this kind of attitude. Regardless of the hotel or brand, looking after your guests should be the first thing. Not talking down on them when a simple question is asked.
