Apartment in a prime area, Martim Moniz, is just at a 5 minute walk to city center "Baixa Pombalina". Only 1 minute walk to subway Martim Moniz and 10 minute walk to Lisbon's Castle within old town! Famous Tram 28 touristic route starting station just 1 minute walk. Walking distance to train stations to Sintra and Cascais. Towels, shampoo, body gel and kitchen utensils provided. Close to restaurants and shops. The studio is in the ground floor. Has one window above the door that leads into the building stairway. Also there is a ventilation conduct, that inputs air from the outside, as it is (not A/C).
