Lovely staff on ground at JFK!

Nov 14, 2019

Flight attendants very good

Oct 24, 2019

We were pleasantly surprised, as the reviews for TAP were mixed, both concerning the staff and the flight. The staff was pleasant and efficient, boarding was fast, the meals were good, and the seats - for economy - were relatively comfortable. The flight left on time and arrived early. Based on this first experience, we would choose TAP again, and give it an unreserved recommendation.

Oct 14, 2019

Disappoint there was no executive lounge at JFK for exec class passengers. It’s very difficult to reach TAP personnel on telephone
