Everything was good

Jan 22, 2020

We were late arriving at the airport and the staff over at the check in station really helped us a lot. Thank you so much.

Oct 4, 2019

Extremely professional and friendly staff. I'm currently trying to locate an important lost item so I hope I have a good experience with that issue.

Jul 12, 2019

The only issue we had was that on the first leg of our flight, one of our passengers was asked to move seats so that a cat could take his seat. I don't think it is acceptable that a feline who did not pay for a seat take priority over a paying passenger.

Jun 5, 2019

Antiquated audio/power connections at seat. Baby crib blocking side access to bathrooms illegally.

First time with TAP and not the last. Best experience in a long time

Friendly staff and surprised to find we were served a light snack along with beverage.
