Ridiculous amount of charge for check in bags

Dec 12, 2018

Plane was old, seat was equivalent to economy class (not business class type); no entertainment available. Short flight and attentive staff made up for it but it's not what I expected for a business class seat.

Oct 26, 2018

Not easy to get boarding gate info. Had to wait and see where to board.

Oct 23, 2018

Okay. No drink served.
