The room was spotlessly clean, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The only complaint was the airplane noise, don't know if they are over a flight path, but very negligible since great bed to sleep on!!!

💯 the bed. From day one to my last day, the bed was very uncomfortable. I'm leaving with back pain. First they put me in a room with twin beds put together, that was horrible night because the mattresses were not the same size. The next, I complained they moved me to a different room with so call queen bed...that was the same. I got tired of requesting to change the bed.

Staff was really helpful especially when asking addresses for ubers! Hotel is also less than 10 minutes from the Lisbon airport. Good location and very clean. Enjoyed the stay!

The hotel entrance was difficult to find as it is located in the back of the building We received a message in Portuguese every day for weeks before arrival date. We do not speak it so they should offer a more universal language such as English and include info about parking which is also hard to find. Once we found the check in lobby located on the third floor of a building split between a hotel and office building. Check in was fast and efficient. The rom was just OK. There was no table or normal chairs, only a crowded counter and a folding stool. It was a problem to get the heating right.
