Hotel is between airport and downtown major attractions. Located closed by the subway station. Staffs were friendly and courteous. However, breakfast was not readily available as promised at 7 am when we had to grab something and go to the airport in the morning. We were told to wait an extra 30 minutes. Menu is limited.

I got locked in the shower at this hotel. Yep, you read that correctly. The shower door can only be pulled toward you. it got stuck and I wasn’t tall enough to reach the top of it to pull it toward me. I was left there freezing and crying until my husband came back an hour later. The hotel profusely apologized and told me they would refund me and took my information. I haven’t heard back from them. Extremely disappointed and had my husband not been there I wouldn’t have been able to get out. It was traumatic. Don’t book here.

The room functionality needs the most improvement. The kitchenette isn’t usable because there are no proper glasses, mugs, plates, or cutlery, only disposable cups. The bathroom also needs attention: limited hot water, no towel hooks, and a floor that isn’t properly waterproofed (squishy water underneath floorboards). These basics would make a big difference to the overall experience.
