Staff excellent. Location excellent. Breakfast excellent. Room not at all practical. We kept hitting our legs on the wood around the end of the bed as so little room to get by. I could not reach the clothes hangers as so high. Towels fell off huge wooden knobs in bathroom. Thin paper cups totally impractical for hot drinks. No chairs or table in first room. We changed rooms as we kept hitting our legs on the bed.

I have slept in hundreds of hotels and I have been traveling for over 50 years and I have never slept in a cleaner hotel. Prime location w multiple means of transportation only footsteps away. Everyone was so nice. You can freely walk around at nice safely. Well lit and lots of restaurants at your footsteps. Rooms are a tiny bit small like most European rooms. Prices were amazing! I would definitely recommend this hotel for your Lisbon stay.

So central! Very nicely decorated. Our room was very, very small though. But it had a direct view of the beautiful square and castle. It was stunning. It was great for the one night we stayed. Would get quite cramped if we stayed more than a few nights. It was a beautiful room though.

We couldn’t control the room temperature - front desk did that so it was either very hot or very cold- we had to call them multiple times. The front desk clerk said room can’t be individually regulated - they did it by floor. ????????

This was a stylish property right in the heart of Rosario square. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic as well. My only grip was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower had black mold around the edges and inside the shower as well, which was a bit of a turn off. Aside from that we had a great stay!

Spectacular location right on Rossio Square with great access to everything! And if you couldn't walk to it, it was super easy to grab transportation right from the hotel. The staff were wonderfully helpful, and the breakfast (though not included) was exceptional. The room itself was a little small, and the outlets were not well thought out (behind a moving partition on the side of the bed that you would thread your cord through & an outlet in the bathroom that was limited), but it was very clean and had a wonderful view of the square, and a great shower. I would highly recommend this hotel for it's perfect location and hospitality!

Top Reception Team !

The My Story Hotel Rossio is a great hotel from a Service and Location perspective in Lisbon. It's centrally located overlooking a square with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff on reception were excellent throughout our stay ! The availability of firmer pillows was a great addition, Double Glazing works well and could not hear the road below the front of the hotel. If I was suggesting anything for improvement it would be placement of USB charging in the rooms as adaptors were needed. Breakfast was great and the choices adequate, I would have liked to see Smoked Salmon as a healthier option instead of Bacon or Ham ! Now the big question, would I go to this hotel again when I return to Lisbon ? YES without a doubt ! Uber from the Airport to the hotel is around 8 euros and takes less than 30 minutes so skip the metro system which takes a little longer.
