Location and dining room and quality of food plus frendly staff

Location was good! Parking garage was very difficult to park.

Nice hotel conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Close to metro and the center of Lisbon

Excellent for families with kids. A little further away from all attractions.

Friendly hotel staff and WI-FI works great. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel Staff was very nice. great location- a train ride or walk away from the tourist areas. I wanted to be away from the all that. My only issue really was with the Iron (couldn't add water so no steam) and Shower Half glass door. lol with the high pressure showers the water went everywhere.

This hotel is not near any of the main tourist areas, but that actually worked out for the best! The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and several major bus stops. We enjoyed staying in this area so we had the chance to see other parts of the city where locals live.

Our group of 11 people family and friends from Texas, Minnesota, California, Florida and Switzerland. We had 4 rooms. All rooms were nice and quite with city view. We rent 2 cars from at the hotel when arrived and it took about 20 minutes for the car to delivered to us. Hotel closed to the airport and in the central of Lisbon shopping. Staff so helpful and knowledgeable answered all questions that we needed. Only thing that we did not like about no curtains around the tub/shower. Even that we were carefully used the shower, still water got all over the bathroom area. Overall that was a nice and enjoyable hotel to stay.

Hotel in good condition with spacious and clean room

This hitel is confidently located, very clean and well maintained. The staff is very nice and always ready to help. We had a great vacation staying at this hotel.

The helpful staff made for a pleasant time in Lisbon. It is a hotel that is near the airport & metro station. It is also walkable to a church, mini market, & pastelerias.

We stayed for one night before our departure from Lisbon airport. Kids enjoyed the pool on the rooftop.

Pleasant Had a misunderstanding on the arrival but the staff resolved it.

Worked well as our safe/comfort zone for the kids (7,11) first time in Europe in terms of large family room, restaurant with familiar foods available, pool - on the roof as a bonus. Walk to metro was OK, Campo Pequeno nearby was cool, though easiest was to take taxis. Note the tourist tram lines are crazy long - like hours at peak times - easier to catch near the castle. But highlight was the Go cars (look them up).

Arriving in Lisbon airport I took the metro to the closest stop to the Holiday Inn. It was a walk up hill to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze. A less expensive and perhaps better option to get to the hotel from the airport is a bus but I did not feel comfortable knowing which stop to use. If you do take the bus it is about 4 to 5 blocks from the hotel and it is a fairly flat walk. I did not find anything to eat that was real close to the hotel. There is a small grocery store within three blocks of the hotel which was a great place to get drinks and snacks. I was in Lisbon for three days as a tourist. This location is away from the tourist sites and seems to cater more towards business travelers. It was a quiet and clean hotel.

Two double bed room for family of four worked out well. Kids loved the rooftop pool, parents enjoyed the view and the bar even if the beer there was not exactly cheap.

Although close to the airport and subway line, it was a bit outside of downtown. The neighborhood didn't offer a great selection of restaurants and the hotel restaurant was expensive. Staff was good. Would recommend if price conscious.

Quite hotel, clean, good value for money...Small bar area but we were there for just two nighits...Not a bad hotel at all.

Double room suitable for family of four. Room was clean, shower spread water all over the bathroom. We only spent one night on our last evening in Portugal. We had an early flight in the morning, hotel is close to airport. Cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
