Hotel in good condition with spacious and clean room

This hitel is confidently located, very clean and well maintained. The staff is very nice and always ready to help. We had a great vacation staying at this hotel.

The helpful staff made for a pleasant time in Lisbon. It is a hotel that is near the airport & metro station. It is also walkable to a church, mini market, & pastelerias.

We stayed for one night before our departure from Lisbon airport. Kids enjoyed the pool on the rooftop.

Pleasant Had a misunderstanding on the arrival but the staff resolved it.

Worked well as our safe/comfort zone for the kids (7,11) first time in Europe in terms of large family room, restaurant with familiar foods available, pool - on the roof as a bonus. Walk to metro was OK, Campo Pequeno nearby was cool, though easiest was to take taxis. Note the tourist tram lines are crazy long - like hours at peak times - easier to catch near the castle. But highlight was the Go cars (look them up).

Arriving in Lisbon airport I took the metro to the closest stop to the Holiday Inn. It was a walk up hill to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze. A less expensive and perhaps better option to get to the hotel from the airport is a bus but I did not feel comfortable knowing which stop to use. If you do take the bus it is about 4 to 5 blocks from the hotel and it is a fairly flat walk. I did not find anything to eat that was real close to the hotel. There is a small grocery store within three blocks of the hotel which was a great place to get drinks and snacks. I was in Lisbon for three days as a tourist. This location is away from the tourist sites and seems to cater more towards business travelers. It was a quiet and clean hotel.

Two double bed room for family of four worked out well. Kids loved the rooftop pool, parents enjoyed the view and the bar even if the beer there was not exactly cheap.

Although close to the airport and subway line, it was a bit outside of downtown. The neighborhood didn't offer a great selection of restaurants and the hotel restaurant was expensive. Staff was good. Would recommend if price conscious.

Quite hotel, clean, good value for money...Small bar area but we were there for just two nighits...Not a bad hotel at all.

Double room suitable for family of four. Room was clean, shower spread water all over the bathroom. We only spent one night on our last evening in Portugal. We had an early flight in the morning, hotel is close to airport. Cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Good location, nice staff, a little old amenities, but average for Lisbon.

Location is OK, 10 m walk from subway. Nice breakfast. Internet is paying, 6 euro/day. Got a room for 4 people at a decent rate, this is what made me decide for this hotel.

We had an overnight layover in Lisbon. The location and price were fantastic. We had a 2 double bed room. The room was a larger corner room. The bathroom was small. Overall, it was good for an overnight. Not sure if I would recommend for long stay with a family of 4. It would be just fine for a quality budget hotel for 2 adults who want to sightsee for a few days. The restaurant food was good quality. The service in the restaurant and hotel was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I would stay there again.

I was told I could add garage parking of 14 euros to my bill when I checked in. The next morning at check out I was informed I could NOT. Not having any euros, as we were leaving country in a few hours, I asked if they could exchange US dollars to euros, and they could NOT and sent me to a ATM across the street. This ATM was NOT IN SERVICE, eventually after a heated discussion at the front desk, they charged my credit card the 14 euros and I was able to get my rental car and get to the airport, now 45 minutes later than planned. When using the shower, the drain under the adjacent sink backed up flowing water all over the bathroom floor, had to stop shower before hair rinsed. Hair dryer had NO heat and minimal blowing power. No free internet, 5 euros per hour was the charge. Just not United States Holiday Inn standards.

Located 10-15 inutes from the airport, our stay this hotel was an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and taxi cab drivers were super nice. Having visited many european coutries, I would say that this hotel will give you an american hotel experience (great stuff and plenty of space in rooms) with Portugese friendliness and sense of humor. The hotel is nicely located in the heart of Lisob so you can visit many historic and religious monuments that shaped the history of Portugal and its colonies. People are always smiling...

Only slept one night. Very close to city center and to airport, about 10 euro either directions.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. Convenient to visit places, transportation was easily available. Hotel is clean and comfortable. We saw a lot of attractions and utilized the short time available. We could have used free wifi. This trip was very enjoyable.

Very comfortable room. We liked everthing about the hotel but we took the advise of others and ate someplace else. Hotel restraunt was expensive. About a ten minute walk to a subway station.

Good service and a very nice, comfy room. Prices for breakfast (13.50€ per person) are too expensive. The hotel is located in walking distance from the next Metro station (Saldanha). Would recommend the hotel.
