The room was clean but a little tight and the bathroom and shower isn’t too private in the room it’s made of a stained glass. The staff was really nice and gave us recommendations for nearby food and even ordered us a taxi to the airport. The area was my main concern it’s convenient because there’s a lot of nearby restaurants but a bit sketchy especially at night.

Good value for a family room for a brief stopover in Lisboa. The area is away from the touristy area and is interesting to get a flavour of other Lisboa neighborhoods. We felt safe walking there in early Evening but took a cab home late at night. We hadn’t realized we’d have to share a bathroom with strangers but the shared bathrooms were very clean. Ladies shower didn’t have hot water but that was no big deal for a quick shower and staff said they’d fix it promptly. Front desk lady was so nice and welcoming. Very helpful with sightseeing and restaurant info tips. I’d absolutely stay here again

Stayed in a private room with a private bathroom. Service was excellent, staff were helpful and allowed us to check-in early. Area is conveniently located walking distance to transit and attractions in the city. I felt safe walking as a woman alone in the neighbourhood. Room and facilities were clean, and the view from our room of the city was beautiful. Would be five stars if our room had its own kettle, cups, shampoo and conditioner. Further, occasionally a strong stinky smell would waft into the bathroom, I’m assuming from the vents. Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay here again!

The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The entire place was spotless, and the rooms and lockers were secured with card access, which provided an added sense of safety. Its proximity to the metro station, along with numerous restaurants and attractions nearby, made the stay even more convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
