Pros: Great location - walking distance to metro, restaurants, & Praca do Comercio. The room & bathroom are big and clean. Cons: Elevator stinks & the floor is dirty. Had to walk up a short flight of stairs to my room. The carpet on stairs is dirty. Reception staff (female & male with nose piercing) are not friendly. The breakfast is terrible, food is literally rationed. Not worth it even though it's free.

Clean Good location in

Clean room in an old building. Don’t get a room in the 5th floor. Elevator only goes to the 4th floor so u have to carry ur bags up a narrow staircase. I hit my head on the ceiling. TV didn’t work. Otherwise everything is right outside ur door
