Location could not be better. Walkable to the river, castle and variety of restaurants and shopping. The property is in disrepair . Bathroom showers and tubs were not up to standard. The attached kitchen was a good idea but unusable. No ironing board but brought in when asked for. Should be equipped in this day and age with it. My biggest peeve was the coffee refills. They say you can buy but not clear where; so waking up every morning without coffee or tea was a complete dampener. Some staff eg Jimmy was nice but most front office staff were not friendly or helpful. Housekeeping was excellent.They made it comfortable with all the limitations and really took care to ensure cleanliness and comfort.

My sister and I stayed at your hotel in Faro for two days and we had a very warm and wonderful time there. We are especially grateful to Antonio and Peter(I hope I remembered his name correctly—my apologies if not)., who were both so kind to us. Loved the roof terrace and pool with the fantastic view over the city; a great setting to relax after exploring the city on a hot day. Perfect location. Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was a little tired, the decor could do with some TLC, but it was clean and comfortable so didn’t detract from our stay. Would stay here again.

All good,front desk staff helpful. Location cannot be better. If you are thinking of booking at this hotel, please don’t hesitate go for it, you won’t be disappointed. It has got a pool with excellent views on the terrace.

Best : Location! Great location within walking distance to all major sights, and train station. Worst : Room was very mouldy smelling even with ac on. Clothes were all damp. Very dark hallways and lights on timers so often found pitch black hallways. Bath fixtures were broken, Pumps on toiletries didn’t work! No ice (European custom) No kitchen supplies included,(dishwashing soap, dish towel!) Coffee pods only included first day! No maps for entire stay. Needs an overhaul. Definitely not 4 star!!

Nice apartment hotel.

It was our second stay here. The apartment had everything I needed, and the cleaning staff was helpful when I needed fresh towels, etc. It’s not high tech like other hotels, but I like it that way. The air conditioning doesn’t work well, and the room gets uncomfortable, but I could withstand it because of good things. The front staff is easy to communicate with, and especially Luigi and another gentleman were very kind to give me the discontinued hotel soap and lotion that I really liked.

Very run down property in my opinion. Comparable to a red roof inn or super 8 motel. Just in a very good location. Everything about the room is dated and dingy and you should definitely wear foot wear at all times as I felt the flooring could’ve used some work. There’s a huge rooftop area where the pool is (pool looked dirty) where they could’ve held their morning breakfast. Instead, they opted to cram guests in a tiny room where your greeted by odor likely coming from the wet food scraps from kitchen. Hallways on floor is dark and reception doesn’t explain to you on check in that you as the guest should turn in the lights when getting on the floor. Can certainly see some unsavory things possibly occurring in a dark unlit corridor for some unsuspecting victim. Great location though. Near a bunch of restaurants and stores and right in front of the hop on hop off bus.

Very comfortable. The rooftop pool and view were lovely. Mario, at the bar by the pool was very friendly and helpful, recommending local restaurants. I loved that there were many doors. Being able to shut the door between the bedroom and hallway to bathroom and kitchen and the door to the kitchen as well made the room even quieter. If one of us was sleeping, it was easier not to disturb the other.
