Service staff for breakfast didn't get the order correct a couple of times

Hotel was overbooked, and as a result we were told we had no room after we had been sitting for more than two hours waiting to be checked in. Placed us in another Marriott that wasn’t near anything.

While the room was generally clean and comfortable, there were some concerns. Fridge not working and was very dirty inside anyway. Requested ice to the room but this took 45 minutes to receive (on both occasions it was requested). Of the four elevators, only one was working consistently and another working part of the time - this was challenging in an 18 story hotel that had multiple corporate events concurrently occurring. I moved from a company paid reservation to a personally paid reservation - at check-in for the second, I was not informed that breakfast was not included. Also, no power outlets near the bed.

A very large hotel set between two freeways so nowhere to walk. The pool was very crowded and noisy and unheated. The public areas an dining facilities played very loud and noisy music. Too many people everywhere and too much noise.
