Yes like the hotel, the from desk is more attention and servíciales

Gorgeous hotel!! The restaurant food was delicious!!! The pool was amazing

While the room was generally clean and comfortable, there were some concerns. Fridge not working and was very dirty inside anyway. Requested ice to the room but this took 45 minutes to receive (on both occasions it was requested). Of the four elevators, only one was working consistently and another working part of the time - this was challenging in an 18 story hotel that had multiple corporate events concurrently occurring. I moved from a company paid reservation to a personally paid reservation - at check-in for the second, I was not informed that breakfast was not included. Also, no power outlets near the bed.

Good hotel. Staff should be multilingual. I really enjoyed my stay

Hotel was good for the price. Things that could be improved but not a big deal.

Nice hotel and Great breakfast! The only thing is: metro station is not too close. Other than that, excellent!

The registration clerk told us we could have a full service meal at their dining room when we expressed our desire to cap off our trip to Portugal with a celebration. We were directed to the concierge to see the menu selections and stated the same desire to the concierge. Unfortunately, when we came down for dinner about 7:30-8, we found the main dining room was serving ONLY buffet style, the secondary dining room had a very noisy Octoberfest celebration/party, and only the bar was serving food we could order - and only tapas.

Great buffet. The staff overall was very helpful.

It is a nice place to stay at,it is not so close to the metro line.the buffet breakfast is pretty decent.

Hotel was lovely and very clean The staff were very attentive to our needs and wants It was very easy to get around Portugal

A very large hotel set between two freeways so nowhere to walk. The pool was very crowded and noisy and unheated. The public areas an dining facilities played very loud and noisy music. Too many people everywhere and too much noise.

We appreciate your comments regarding our restaurant service. It was a pity you have not enjoyed our Oktobeerfest since you were celebrating as this had a major positive impact on our guests. We hope to meet your expectations in a close future. Regards,
