Comfort and Convenience in the Heart of the City

⸻ We had a wonderful stay at Cais. The location is excellent — close to everything yet in a safe and quiet area. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and made us feel right at home. A special mention to Fabio, who warmly welcomed us upon arrival and made the check-in experience so pleasant. His hospitality set the tone for the rest of our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and look forward to coming back to Lisbon.

Good location. Close to pink street. Walkable.

Very good location within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and main areas of attraction. Steps away from pink street. Communication was always very quick by using whatsup. We reserved parking ahead as space is limited which is just across the street and in a covered parking garage. At times we found our slot was already taken by someone else but we were able to reach the host quickly to help us resolve the issue. Has an elevator. Would recommend for exploring Lisbon.

Great location to explore Lisbon with access to dining and shopping options. The Cais Lodge staff was very attentive and responsive when we had questions or needs related to our room. Easy access to parking as well.

We arrived late 1:30 in the morning, but the Cais people were very accomodating. We were able to store our luggages until 15:00 despite check out time of 12:00, before leaving for our next destination.

The location of this property is unmatched. Super close to the main train station and Time Out market. Also very walkable to the rest of the tourists spots (between 10-20 mins walk to most). The staff was very helpful on WhatsApp. They provided me with instructions as we were arriving quite late in the evening. With the instructions, we got in with no trouble at all. The only thing is that our room faced the tail end of the Pink Street which had many bars. There were people talking loudly outside pretty much all night. The room did have 2 pairs of earplugs and with the earplugs in, we slept with no issue.
