"Well located hotel.
I thought it lacked a little luxury and finesse for it's 4 stars.
I appreciated the idea of the market place on floor 2, but would prefer a staffed bar with full range of drinks, not just beer, wine or gin and tonic. More choice is required if this is the way forward.
No upgrade to room offered, although expected it with Expedia. "
