Good Location near to train station and centre of the city. It is a business oriented hotel. Breakfast is nice rooms are clean only a bit cold The staff are helpful. Early and quick check in is possible
We agreed to the offered upgrade (+ €10) of our room, which was a good choice. The view over Rotterdam Centre is beautiful and the room has all the privacy in the world. Excellent bed, functional bathroom and all necessities available. Parking onsite is pleasant since all must-sees are on walking and cycling distance. Breakfast was good but a bit chaotic due to the large crowd and seemed difficult for the staff to handle. Check your bill properly when checking out. Next visit we will come back also to enjoy dinner in The Park.
Warm reception at check in by the ground staff. Rooms are neat as newly renovated and the comfort of our stay can be summed up as a place from Home. Stylish sockets in the room with USB plugs for phones and the bed is just comfortable Nearby restaurants and tram/ metro services available. Breakfast was really continental with varieties to choose from. What an experience it was for us. We will always come back to this Hotel for its comfort and location. If you like some quietness from the bubbly station center, this will be great for you.
Newly renovated hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Loved the 3 pin plug and USB port by the desk, I could use my laptop for work without having to use a travel adapter. I ordered room service for breakfast and it arrived within 10 mins! The bread basket came with of jam, butter, Nutella and peanut butter on top of cheese and ham. Awesome. TV size was about 45 inches and it felt like watching your own TV at home.
The hotel does not seem to be really interested in keeping the standards. A lot of tear and wear, the couch was worn out, the separate elevator to the 3rd is wobbly, the amenities are hidden at places where one does not expect them (shoeshine in the locker, shower cap in one of the drawers. No, a new brush is necessary.
The hotel is near the trainstation (walking distance), the rooms are quite spacious and the bath is nice. The bed was comfy and we had a good night sleep. We ate in the restaurant, which was very good. The staff is friendly.
We was staying here for 2 nights and it was just perfect. The staff was very nice, and the rooms is big! Best stay in Holland. We will use this hotel if we come back to Rotterdam! There is nothing to complain about.
We’he been heere twice, the staff was nice, not excellent, except our check in lady, which was the nicest in our last stay there. It is located in the center, very nice location, clean, nice front view. But unfortunately the beds didn’t fullfiled our expectantions. In a executixe tower the bed was not 180 cm wide, which made it uncornfortable when you travel with your little one, who sleeps in between. If you travel as a couple then it is great, but we still preffer a king size bed. The breakfast was included in the room ratec pitgerwose I think it is a bit expensive to py it apart for the choice you have. The breakfast staff was preety nice, some more more grumpy than others, bit that’s ok, we are all humans. Unfortunately this was our last stay there as our main request is a bid bed and this hotel doesn’t fit in our requests. Also? The parking I think it is quite expensive also.
This hotel is stunning the reception, bar/lounge area and the rooms are decorated beautifully. The receptionist gave great service and were very welcoming. The rooms were such a good size and had the most comfiest bed! We didn’t have dinner at the hotel but the restaurant looked just as good as the rest of the hotel. The location was perfect just a two minute walk away from a main road of pubs and restaurants and we were able to walk to shops and other tourist sites in 10-15 minutes. We had to pay for parking but the car park was big with plenty of spaces.
Very friendly staff and spacious well-appointed room; excellent breakfast; great central location a few steps from Eendrachtsplein metro station and tram stops, and close to restaurants, bars and shops; walkable from Centraal train station.
