Location was great. Friendly staff. Having use of bikes is a big plus.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Loooooved this hotel. Definitely reccomend it. Check-in and check-out was super easy and convinient. Everything was modern, and the scattered messages in the hotel was a nice touch along with all the modern amenities.

nice decor, near attractions, surprisingly comfortable bed, love the shower... room is quite small, but efficient. I was initially worried about hearing neighbors, but I was happily surprised that it was generally pretty quiet.

I stay just 1day.. And I just regretted it. I wish I had stayed here longer. Very kindly staff, comfortable room, close everything.

Great ultra modern and sleek facilities. A bit pricier than we normally like to spend but worth it. Great location, awesome room.

At first I was highly impressed with this hotel as it it's in a great spot adjacent to Blaak station and the new Markthal, and offers some great city views from some of the rooms. CitizenM tends to pack a lot of amenities in a small space... the room is small, but efficient, and has a ton of cool technology to control room features (The "Moods" lighting and A/V packages are super fun). Where things fail big time is a serious lack of noise-proofing... I could hear all my neighbors loud and clear, including a few x-rated sounds... and one night, there was a very loud party going on outside at an adjacent property that made it impossible to sleep well into the morning hours. I actually happened to speak to another person on my floor who mentioned he called the staff during the night to ask if anything could be done about the noise and they told him to call the police himself! I've never heard of such an absurdly unhelpful response from hotel staff. Also found the breakfast to be rather underwhelming and significantly overpriced. While CitizenM looks cool at first, they've got some work to do before I'll be back to any of their properties.
