Pleasantly surprised with this modest budget hotel. The location is amazing! The room was simple, small and clean. Not sure I would stay here for multiple nights as the lack of room amenities would not be sufficient but for one night, it definitely works! The value for money is very good. I would stay here again.

I came here as a solo traveler in June 2017 to see the city of Rotterdam. I can say it was a nice place to stay overall. It was in a good location and it was not too far from the central station, so it was easy to get around without public transport if you wanted to. I do recommend renting a bicycle though, since it's the best way to get around in the Netherlands. My room itself was quite spacious. I had a small double room, but it was more than enough space for my suitcase and laptop bag. The only downside was that there was a lack of power outlets in the room, and also no desk so I had to use the bedside table as a desk for my laptop. The soundproofing in this room also left a bit to be desired since I could hear my neighbours quite clearly. However, it wasn't a big issue since they quietened out past 11pm or so. Overall though, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you want a cheap budget hotel to stay in when you visit Rotterdam.

This has to be the best location for a budget hotel! Right in the centre of the city, easy to find and close to all the best spots such as the Markthal. The room was quite basic, as expected, but spotless, with clean bedding and every necessity. The staff at the front desk were kind and helpful, and even searched online when we requested information, and check in was very straightforward. Would definitely recommend.

I booked two nights at easyhotel- Rotterdam. The service rubish. I told them to clean the room. They said according to their policy the dont clean the room till the guest leaves. Asked for a three to two electric socket convertor. They said you must buy for 8 Euros. My room was left dirty for two days no one cleaned it.

I can only agree with other reviewers when I say that this is the most basic hotel room I have ever stayed in, it was more like a private room in a cheap hostel. Having said this, it was as advertised. A place to leave bags and sleep only. The location is excellent for exploring the city, most of the main attractions are within walking distance and a train stop is only 2 minutes walk away. The extremely small room includes a television, wifi and not much else, very little shelf or storage space, one small hook for hanging clothes. Add-ons such as a hairdryer or fan are available at a cost from the hotel lobby. (Although no kettle available) The bathroom situation was a little intimate, with only a glass partition separating the toilet from the rest of the room. All considered we would not stay here again but the room was clean, the location was great and the price was right. Perfectly acceptable if that is all you are looking for.

I can honestly when it comes to budget flights with EasyJet you get what you pay for. in the case of easyhotels rooms they are advertised from 45 euros. I can honestly say this the most basic hotel or bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in , I would not stay here or at any other easyhotel ever again. The building appears to be crudely converted from an old office block. There is no plug supplied for the wash basin which in turn is ridiculously small as well. The ceiling is white washed concrete which you can see where previous partitions have been in place and the concrete has been formed. The bed is so big you cannot walk around it and have to clime over it to get in the other side. A massive support or false wall protrudes into a quarter of the room. A single chair , about four hangers for clothing are supported by a crude bracket. A glass cubicle from floor to ceiling protrudes a fair way into the room as well which is of frosted glass appearance plastered with a bright six foot x half a foot wide orange decal with easyhotel on. The shower door doubles as the toilet door so you are either in the shower with no door to the toilet or the door is shut with no access to the shower if using the toilet. There are no pictures no kettle or drinks making facilities in the room at all these are all standard items in even the most basic bed and breakfast let alone a hotel. There are two power points one of which is sited in the middle of the headboard which turns its self and the in built lights on or of if you have your pillows near it. To put it in perspective a cell in a prison would appeal more. Some may say what do you expect for a budget hotel , well to be honest I don't call paying 325 euros for 3 nights stay a budget price far from it if you look at far more superior and cheaper hotels in Rotterdam. I think the price is obscene the hotel less than basic and would certainly not recommend it to my worst enemy. The location is the only good point. To cap it all even though I had a booking reference as hotel was booked by my office this was not adequate for the girl in reception who insisted on knowing who had paid for the room, this involved me making a ten minute call to the uk to my office to find out the details. I find this totally needless and avoidable as what is the point of a booking reference if they cannot use it. Avoid Avoid Avoid

We stayed here for the Rotterdam marathon. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping and transit. The hotel's concept is simple, offering a good hotel at a great price. There are no luxuries, or scenic views but they offer comfortable beds in clean rooms. They offer rental bikes for a fee to ride around in the city. Having stayed in a few Easyhotels, the are consistent in service and quality.

Like Easyjet flights, with this hotel you know just what you will be getting. It is cheap, centrally located, with excellent service and helpful staff. Meets the needs of a business traveller who only needs the basics (i.e. more basic than Holiday Inn Express or Travelodge) I had a single room for 3 nights. The bed was a large double and very comfortable, but did not leave much floor space. Would be a squeeze for two people with baggage. Everything is about simplicity and functionality, from the easy-clean hardwood floor, through 3 coat hangers on a single peg, a single hard-back chair to put your baggage on, a padded 'cube' to sit on by a mini-desk that doubled as a bedside table. Excellent free wi-fi. Cleverly designed loo and shower combination. although the handbasin is tiny, the shower is thankfully huge with a good flow of instant hot water. There is good air conditioning; essential because you cannot open the window (for safety). All floors and rooms seem to be wheelchair accessible. They provide coin in slot left luggage lockers to leave your baggage after you have checked out. For 8 euros you can buy a breakfast voucher for an excellent fixed breakfast in Baker and Moores, just along the street. It is a good breakfast with excellent coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, and the voucher seems to represent about a 30% discount. Overall a good experience for a budget hotel. would go there again.

The hotel is in a really great central location about 10 minutes walk from the main train station. You get exactly what you expect. The rooms aren't big but offer sufficient room to store your luggage and other stuff without having to climb over it. The staff was friendly and everything went as planned.

The location of the EasyHotel in Rotterdam is great. Close to the city center and the vibrant area around the Witte de Withstraat. Additionally, as you are booking an EasyHotel, you know beforehand you're getting a no frills room and it-gets-the-job-done experience. Some things to consider: - Most (all?) hotel rooms lack a table, which makes it hard for business travelers to get some work done in the evening. - The rooms are clean ... -ish. Although there were no obvious signs of dirt (hairs from previous guests, etc), there were water (?) stains on the floor in the room and bathroom and the toilet seat was dirty and broken. All in all, it did not make me feel comfortable. - I had a room at the front of the hotel, which is facing a busy street. For some guests, this might be a bit noisy. So if you're a light sleeper, consider asking for a quiet room.
