The staff are not friendly , I arrived and was told that I don’t have a reservation even though i shown the confirmation email from Expedia , had to make lot of phone calls and checking took an 1hour plus and I then had to wait for my room to be made ready , I booked two rooms and was given one on 5th floor and one on 7th floor not taking into consideration that I had children . My room was cleared while I went for breakfast before I even checked out and my toiletries got thrown away lucky enough my suitcases was in the second room . Location is brilliant near everything . I would have really enjoyed the stay if it wasn’t for the non friendly team . Not to mention I travelled with kids

The hotel is in a very central location and they have free sweets and fruit at entrance to the lift that made me smile. Bathroom was really big but 3 bed room more of a squeeze.

We attended during jazz. Not good. We had an issue with unexpected loud noise (another guest) which was never resolved. The room was also not cleaned satisfactorily. Used to be a good budget option but this was overpriced, uncomfortable and generally poor.

What we booked and asked for was three single beds. We got a double bed and sofa bed. When I showed the staff my request and their response, they shrugged their shoulders. No care in the world to three 60+ men. My bach aches and so does my colleagues. Had they responded with, sorry no triple room with single beds available, we could have booked elsewhere where. But no. They were happy to take our heard earned money and give us a room with no air conditioning. Apparently only the super duper rooms have air conditioning. Wonderful. Staff at reception are rude and uncaring. The hotel carpets seem as they have not been hoovered for ages or washed. I have photos of cigarette but on the floor not cleaned since the first morning. Not happy at their attitude or Expedia for again failing in their jobs. Other hotel sites are much better and I will probably never use Expedia again.

Incorrect tax charged

DOUBLE CHECK your city tax amount during check-in!! We were charged an extra of €40 city tax during check in due to the hotel’s mistake. Poor customer service with no apology from any staff members. Felt mistreated and discriminated throughout the whole experience.

Great location.

Hotel has central air con system. So you can't control the room temperature. The heater in room doesn’t seems to be working. The room pillows provided are so soft and flat. The only plus point about the hotel is the locations. It is centrally located near shopping and restaurant. Also 10min walk to Rotterdam centre station.

Hotel needs a renovation. Bathrooms not very nice and room temperatures not possible to regulate without opening windows and getting noise from the street. Strong smell of air freshener throughout
