The staff were so nice. There was an issue with the room and they moved us to address the issue. They handled things very professionally. Be aware there isn’t much to do right near the hotel and it is a ways into town. Not convenient if you want to sight see. There is also a moveable bridge that gets backed up and must be passed to get into town or the airport. When the bridge is up you can be delayed 30+ mins to get to airport or downtown. Although everyone was great and the hotel is in good condition, I wouldn’t stay here again because of that risk. We were 30+ mins late to an appnt because of the bridge delay.

The front desk two women are very abrupt and cannot be bothered to explain anything with more than one word when asked a question. Example: Is there a ladies room on this floor, please? Answer: “Behind that wall.” Don’t tell me how to get on the other side of the wall, which hallway leads there. Also was yelling at a woman who was complaining she was vegan and there was not anything to eat. Right or wrong, she didn’t have to yell at her.

The room was pretty old with cabinet doors falling off. The carpet was burnt at several Places. No bed slippers.
