The stay was very good outside of one issue, the elevators. There are only two elevators and one was broken throughout the weekend leaving everyone to use one already extremely slow elevator. On top of that, the cleaning staff also had to use the elevators. Working in hotels before, I thought it was common practice to have a service elevator but I guess this wasn’t the instance in this hotel. There were literal queues of people in the lobby area waiting to get on the elevator. Normally I’d just take the stairs but being on the 5th floor I was not going to carry all the luggage up and down the steps. I understand that things happen but I feel like heavily relying on two elevators for not only the customers but also staff is just asking to have issues. Other than the elevator scenario, the hotel was inexpensive, the staff was very nice, the location was perfect for travel because of the proximity to the train station. Overall it was a very good experience.

The hotel does what it needs to do. Not particularly fancy and things like the outlets next to the bed were uncomfortably dusty. However, for the price and convenience to the airport, I would definitely stay here again. And the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Checked in to find that it was $25 a day to park. This was not noted anywhere and is absolutely excessive for the area the hotel is in (outside of Boston). I am still recovering from the literal rock hard bed and the all night long noise from trains and planes. Any hotel with this issue should have sound proofing on the windows. There should not even be a question about this. The entire floor we stayed on smelled like weed and it is obviously non smoking. I brought this up to the front desk and they did not seem to care.

Good place, nice pool and they were helpful in arranging airport transfer although the free transfer they have included in room fee wasn't running when we had to go so that wasn't great as we had to pay a bit for taxi. We were also woken up by a group of drinkers blasting music and talking loud/fighting. Contacted reception but no response and no one came up to intervene this so we had a very bad night.
