Staff canceled my rooms when I paid for two and they only said I had one. Instead of finding it in my brothers name they told us we had to figure it out then got loud and canceled our stay. They never asked if it could be in another name. They were rude and not helpful at all.

Bad Experience Upon Arrival

When I drove into the parking lot about 8:30 pm to check in, a man approached me on a bicycle asking for money. I was not comfortable with this incident and feel the hotel should take action to prevent this from happening again.

Room was missing vital furniture - desk and chair that were once there as well as dresser below the tv. It appears that furniture might have been removed/sold to provide income, rather than making guests comfortable in the hotel. Will not stay at another Hyatt Place.
