A great place to stay if you have a long layover at BKK and need a hotel, completely convenient their airport shuttle is great, good and service is good. Rooms not so much, it was a good room for an airport hotel, but needed and the 2nd floor had a bad musty smell. But for just a stay right by the airport it was perfect.
Given options, the only reason to stay here is if you have an early morning flight. That is why we stayed, and it suited that purpose very well. But, for the money and for the product, there are many options in Bangkok that are newer, more comfortable, and better.

This airport hotel is a stand-out for its convenient (and easily walkable) location next to Bangkok BKK airport, and remarkable Thai garden and outdoor pool areas. Unfortunately this property shows its age nearly everywhere. Areas of the room are clearly well past replacement age, and no deep cleaning is evident, perhaps for years. While the restaurants are very convenient and the food is good and fairly priced, the staff is is not as attentive as one might expect from an otherwise desirable property. This hotel is due for a renovation.
Nice hotel conveniently located near the airport. The spa services, restaurants, pool area and other amenities were all great. I especially loved the pool bar and spa. The concierge was very helpful suggesting and helping me plan excursions around Bangkok. I recommend the Temples and river canal tour. It was lovely to mingle with other fellow travelers and airline crews also staying at the hotel. Getting to and from the airport was super easy using the hotel shuttle. I would absolutely stay here again
Easy access from airport, pleasant staff and great food.
Bathroom needed a little update on the tile in the shower but overall the room was in good condition with bed and linens being very comfortable.
