The pictures on the website have nothing to do with the actual hotel. Pictures look modern hotel room was OLD with wood panels. The family room had a sofa bed from the 70s used and abused. Our kids are young so it was ok, but when I seat on the sofabed I could feel the springs. Location was not that great neither. In a small tritt of a super smoggy and busy street. Hotel was surrended by old buildings some broke down or under contractions. Is you are not familiar with Bangkok (like us) Suhkvimt is NOT where you want to be. The traffic is aweful and it can take you up to 2 hrs to get to where the action is... Palace, temples, night markets and restaurants.

Overall good for the price. Stayed in 2 bedroom suite. Had washer dryer but dryer did not work well. Clothes were damp. Hotel offered a tutu to shopping area terminal 21. Good shopping and restaurants there. Good for families on a budget. Fine for one night stay.

The hotel is between Nana BTS station and Asok BTS station, closer to Nana. The hotel has tuk tuk to send you to the main road, then you can Turn left to Nana and turn right to Asok. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with closets, kitchen, utensils, and a small washer and dryer. It is good value for family. Beds are comfortable but pillows are very high, unable to use for sleeping for my son and I. Just beware If you want to ask hotel to order taxi for you. We thought metered taxi called by hotel should be reliable but the taxi did tricks on the meter and charged us more than six times the normal price. The hotel suggested us to take a taxi to police station to report it and maybe able to get the overcharged back. We didn't have that time.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 15 times in the last 6 years and i was disappointed this time for a few reasons. First the staff was not as friendly and helpful as i remember. Very disappointed that by 2017 this will be a "smoke free" hotel. Instead of satisfying both sides and having nonsmoking rooms and smoking rooms they are telling thier smoking guests that they don't want thier business anymore. If 25% of the population smokes then why not have 25% of the rooms designated for smokers? Other major hotels have gone "smoke free" and i refuse to stay where i am not welcome. Also they now have lunch times when the tuk-tuk service doesn't operate. Big change of customer service.

Overall, extremely well trained staff, and I am impressed by their quality. Rooms are clean, location is good but a bit of a walk from everything. There is a shuttle and tuktuk, so that was helpful

Great location and extra large rooms. I would recommend for anyone.

A small prob with reservation, fixed quickly ,upgraded free, beautifl hotel, great employees

Returning customer. Like the Centre Point chain and like this particular location because it is very close to the Evangelical Church of Bangkok and the property. I first know this property was in 1999 and although this property has been around for years, it is well maintained. The staff is friendly and I will go back in Christmas. Will always recommend to friends except the price may be high.

This was my second stay at Centrepoint Soi 10 and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The in-room washer and drier are a big asset when the weather forces you to change clothes frequently. The free breakfast is more than adequate and covers all the bases. Soi 10 has a great fitness center and pool. Centrepoint Soi 10 is a quiet soi with frequent complimentary tuk-tuk service out to Sukhumvit if you don't mind the 3 minute walk. I was kicking myself for having stayed nearly 20 times at a nearby five star hotel for more than double the price and half the room size. Centrepoint Soi 10 was great valve and perfect for both short and long term visits. I would happily make the 10 minute walk to either the Asoke or Nana Bangkok Skytrain Stations vice paying much extra at the 5 star hotel with the direct walkway to the Asoke Station.

Always a great place to stay. Close to everything yet off the main drag so noise is not a problem. Great tuk tuk service is always availible.
