    This is a really nice hotel at a good price. A few notes: it’s about 25-30 minutes from the airport. The shuttle runs every 90 minutes. A Grab is an inexpensive way to get there if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle. I got in at 1am and they asked for a 1000 baht deposit. I hadn’t switched my money over yet and the front desk person was very impatient. With that said, I also stayed here on my way back out and that front desk person was friendly and did not ask for a deposit (this time I had it)! Room had lots of mosquitoes, but they came right away and sprayed. Overall, not a perfect stay but a very nice one. And the pool mates is quite nice.

    This is the perfect hotel right after a very long flight. I stayed here with my family for three nights when we first got in. They definitely have a very good breakfast buffet compared to most of the other hotels we stayed at this was our favorite. This hotel has everything you need including a shuttle back to the airport where you can easily access the train system to get around. I am sure if you called the hotel when you land they can have your shuttle come pick you up because they do have certain times the shuttle comes and goes to and from the hotel and airport. The staff was amazing.

    We only had time for dinner and we ate at the Thai restaurant. The service was AMAZING! Joy the Host was great and very accommodating! The food, well that was worth the disappointment of not being able to go out.

    Disappointing stay due to repeated service failures. Prior to arrival, we were in contact with the property regarding booking the airport shuttle, but once we attempted to finalize it, the hotel completely stopped responding. This forced us to pay out of pocket for a taxi on arrival as they stated the airport shuttle is “reservation only” During the stay, we had to call the front desk twice to have someone come fix the toilet. The biggest issue was departure. We booked the 6:00am airport shuttle the night before. In the morning, multiple guests were waiting in the lobby and were told the shuttle would arrive in “5 minutes.” After waiting over 20 minutes past the scheduled departure time with no shuttle in sight, we had no choice but to take another out-of-pocket taxi to avoid missing our flight. These issues made the stay a bit stressful.
