We had an excellent experience from the moment we walked through the door until we got into the taxi for the airport. The suite room was ideal for our family. We put the washer/dryer to good use and thoroughly enjoyed the spacious bathroom. My daughter really enjoyed the pool and play structure as well as the hot chocolate served in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was very good and diverse. The location was ideal and we walked several times to CentralWorld mall, the sky walk, and even the U.S. Embassy. The only thing I have that even comes close to a complaint is that the bed was not as comfortable as other hotel beds, but my husband says he got as good a night's sleep as ever, so no complaints from him. Overall, we highly enjoyed the whole experience.

Although the hotel is nice, service to guests is not very good. Breakfast is not very good quality, coffee is terrible, poor quality bread, no fresh juices (only canned). Door keys were always failing either in the elevators or in the rooms.

This hotel is one of my favorites in Bangkok. The rooms are spacious and the pool is fabulous. The location is just a short walk from a BTS station and Central World is just a 7 minute walk away.

This is one one of my favorite hotels in BKK. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The pool and gym are fabulous and the location is superb. Ratchadamri station is a very short walk away and provides easy access to the Silom line and is just two stops away from Siam station. Linens and bath are great. They even provide a small bag of detergent for the washer/ dryer unit.

The cheapest way to reach the hotel is to take the express train (blue line) till the last station (45 bats and 30 min) and then a taxi (80 bats and 15 minutes). Return taxi cost to airport was 500 bats

Stay was good, and hotel is very price-valued. But, there are only 'good' hotels nearby, so, there's no cheap fun thing as like street food, cheap massages or else.

Was only there for a night, enjoyed the stay......

Out stay at Center Point was great! The pool was an excellent bonus at the end of a very hot day. The location was near to restaurants and the Silom area. The breakfast buffet was very nice, although it wasn't included in our package, which would have been nicer. The room was everything expected from a good hotel. Comfortable bed, bathrobes and all amenities included. We wish we could have stayed for some more days to really enjoy more of the hotel. All expectations were made and surpassed. Thank you.

My overall stay was very good. The gym is excellent and the room is nice. My only complaint is taxi drivers have hard time finding the place so you always need to tell them the 4 seasons and then direct them from there. Also the breakfast room is dark and boring as no windows and most people like to see the sunshine when they wake up. The staff there is very nice and the overall feel of the place is nice. On weekends the place is full of Hong kong people so they must have specail packages as the pool is full of kids.

Only stayed one night, wished we had booked this hotel for a longer duration of our travel. Though we had an interesting time finding the place (it's on a side street off a main road#, it's situated within walking distance of public transportation and major shopping attractions #Siam Square and MBK). Not much nightlife in the area, but you should be able to take the train just about anywhere you're looking to go. It was the least expensive of four hotels on our two week trip and ranked at the top for comfort and value. Room included a full refrigerator, kitchen, dining table, desk, king size bed, and a very nice bathroom with a bath tub. Highly recommended.

We could walk to Pantip Plaza, Siam Paragon and even Platinum. Next to BTS Ratchadamri, easy access to Silom. The hotel experience was excellent. Not so good: The check-out time is too early(noon) and you pay for half a day (2600THB) for just 5 minutes too long in the room. Not too fair.

Lovely place with great bang for buck! Only comment I have is that the blinds in the bedroom of the grande suit I stayed in, block about 60-70% of the sun light so be prepared for an early sunshine wakeup!!

The room was more than I expected, given the price. It was comparable to luxury hotels in which I have stayed in other countries. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The service is great, the staff is friendly and responsive, the breakfast menu is very extensive, and the location of the hotel is great, close to the main shopping centers and BTS public transportation is only two blocks away. The rooms are spacious and very clean with great views of the city. If i get a chance to be back in Bangkok this is where I will stay.

Though I didn't really realize it, the Grande Centre Point is a combination hotel/serviced apartment. I stayed on the 37th floor with quite a view of the big city. My room was huge and had a washer-dryer, full-size fridge, stovetop ... [...] I could have lived there for months quite comfortably. Next door was a busy family with card games going on in the afternoon! The restaurant downstairs is EXCELLENT for both Asian and western food. My only other comment is that because the hallway floors are tile and not carpeted, I found the hotel had an austere "feel" to it -- not quite as warm as other hotels with the same star rating.
