Great stay

Our 1st time visiting AC. The property, the casino, the rooms were all very clean & smelled clean. We didn't realize there's an "off" season so some of the restaurants weren't opened some days or way later & we had other plans. All the staff from parking to the front desk, housekeeping & security were all so pleasant and helpful. Everything was clearly marked and easy to navigate. Definitely making a return visit!

Do not expect much help from the staff, Lots od sketchy people on the boardwalk

Caesars itself is fantastic. No hotel has better food, it's not even close. Gordon Ramsay Pub, Hell's Kitchen, and Morton's Steakhouse, and that's just the 1st and lobby levels. My girlfriend also spent her birthday at the Qua Spa, which she expressed to me she liked much better than Harrah's, which was also very nice. And last but not least, we saw the Hook show, and couldn't have had a better time. It was fantastic. Caesars is top notch. Anything within the hotel's control was spot on. As for the people/surrounding area, that's another story. The only bad thing about Caesars is that it's on the Boardwalk side. It can get shady, especially when it's not busy, and definitely at night. On a cold night in March the Boardwalk is downright scary. I also watched a clearly drunk/high homeless person walk right into the Tazza Cafe, right in the hotel lobby, find what items he wanted, and calmly walk right out with it. The poor employee who worked back there could just ask him to stop, then call security. I'm sure he deals with that often. That was sad to see. But again, not Caesar's fault. I suggest more security, and more roulette tables. Blackjack and roulette are the only tables that are ALWAYS packed. Craps also. More of those tables please. And thank you for a great trip!

Nice !!!

Only the high end restaurants are open. No microwave or fridge in room. Every meal had to be bought and could not be saved

They have rooms with no outside window /view. Hotel needs updating. Area is desolate

Room was renovated so modern and beautiful, push button showers and lighting is cool. We enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyable time, great rooms for a great rate right on the boardwalk

Terrific parking on property and guest great services

I like the hotel is clean staff friendly. Good food options. The casino could use improving with newer machines.

Pleasant stay from day one , our first day was lovely . Room is nice clean and quiet , restaurant is amazing and hospitality was phenomenal!

Although the casino overall looks pretty when walking through, I have to say I was horrified while sitting in the casino at the slots and thought I was swatting a fly off of my leg and it was a cockroach. The room was clean but the bed was surprisingly uncomfortable and I heard everything going on on both sides of the walls. Disappointing considering how much we spent to stay there. Either change the prices or Do Better please.

Excellent experience with quality and condition

The interior rooms are clautrophoic
