The property was exactly as pictured in the photos. The view from the high rise balcony was amazing. It was extremely comfortable for my husband and I & our 2 teen daughters. We had a comfortable bed & private bedroom. The girls had the option of sleeping on the couches or the 2 folding beds. There were plenty of linens, pillows, towels, etc. provided. We enjoyed having the full kitchen & the bigger space than a hotel room. It was great to sit & see & listen to the city in the early mornings or the late nights. The 24 hour concierge & monitoring of the doors, etc. made us feel extremely safe. When we 1st arrived, our door code wasn’t working & the staff immediately responded with a phone call & got us in. They routinely checked in with us each day as well just to make sure everything was ok for us & see if there was anything they could do to make it better. They were also great at communicating instructions at each point of the trip to let us know exactly what we needed to do for arrival parking, entry to the building, entry to our condo, how to re-enter, how to leave the condo, etc. If I were to leave any instructions for future renters, I would say this…pay attention to the emails/texts that they send. Once you reserve & pay for the condo, you must complete & pay for an ID verification as well as pay a damage deposit. If you want to park at the property, you must make arrangements with them & pay in advance. We did all this thru cash app & Zelle.

Excellent Property and Staff. I would definitely stay here again. The air conditioning worked well but if you like moving air at night I would bring a small fan for the bedroom. Great location if you know your way around downtown. It is ten to fifteen minutes walk from most places I frequent. The living room in the unit I stayed in was also very nice and have a huge selection of tv options. The volume and mute buttons are located on the backside of the remote. I did not figure that out right away until I turned the remote over to evaluate where it was located. The tall gentleman working the front desk was also very good at what he does. He brought his "A" game to work every time I saw him. Very professional individual.

Could not get in touch with the host had to wait all day and some hours after checkin before we could even enter the building due to lack of communication. Worst place I’ve ever stayed due to the communication. I there than the terrible communication, every else was beautiful and useful.

It was very nice. My only complaints are the name of the property should be listed and there should have been more of explanation for the parking, last thing I never received a vital email for another deposit. When booking there should have been a statement or something of what to look for as far as the deposit went. In conclusion of the parking there should be some way of letting the guest know that they would have to pay for parking or list the steps in what to do for they secure parking that was stated while looking at the property. Overall it was great

The downsides: The apartment is showing some aging. Not sure the last time it was updated. The area (which also includes the Hyatt Regency and Ritz Carlton) Seems a bit depressed. There are loiterers and not much foot traffic. But for a NYC person, it wasn't terrible. And lastly, the $35 verification fee caught me off guard, add that to the price of the room for budgeting purposes. The good stuff: Very well maintained. Comfortable bed, great heat (it was in the 30s on my first day there) Well appointed/great amenities, a generous helping of K-cups for morning coffee. But most of all, the host was extremely good at communication. They checked in regularly and responded immediately when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again

Very nice and affordable with one hitch

Very nice, affordable, secure, and a good location for my purpose. I forgot the access code they had sent me, and the front desk personnel were very understanding and helped me get the correct code. My only complaint was their request for me to verify my identity through a third party at a cost to me of $38. My opinion is still if the management wants my identity verified, THEY should pay for it. In the end, they agreed to make alternate arrangements.
