So the lady at the window was soooo rude and she charged me extra for my toddler which I got a 2 beds so I didn’t need a new room to accommodate us. It was such a hassle for such a ran down place. The room was awful the keycard would let open the door and then when we got in it smelled like urine and smoke and sulfur. I don’t recommend this place at all. The window was wide open and there was NO SCREEN ON THE WINDOW AT ALL! Not safe at all. Then the shower was leaking so bad it was broken and it was so loud all night and we tried closing the door and the door would not close at all! The walls were yellow and the floor wasn’t mopped. It was just awful

Staff was great ! Booking . Com falsely advertises their jacuzzi room I even got a hot tub with tape all over and a printed sign saying out of order and called ahead of time

The main door was lifted from the bottom so u can see the outside light and the ac was not that great at all and the door bathroom didn’t close nd if u did it will get stuck to open it

the room floor was filthy. I walked from shower to bed and the bottoms of my feet were black. Floors not mopped. Shower curtain rod kept falling down due to the fact the rod was too small. Air conditioner stopped working and were forced to open window that had no screen to get any kind of relief
