Rented the room for the pool, daughter's favorite indoor pool in Abq. Asked like 5 times if pool would be open in the morning, they said, "Yes". We changed plans not to leave early back out of town(not do errands) to go swimming, waited until 9. Went to pool at 9 & they said it was closed for maintenance! Completely annoyed besides the fact that room stunk like dog. Floors were dirty, tub was disgusting, not cleaned right. VERY Disappointed! Chose this place bc it satisfied in the past, chose it over Embassy (big mistake)!!! Couldn't refund any money/no discount! I'm super pissed off! Never again!

Pool and hot tub clean and working daily for 6 night stay. Hot dinner options were basic but good variety of them and a great option especially after a long trip to arrive to that on a holiday where everything else pretty much closed. Hot breakfast was great loved the green chilis on the side! It is the same every day if you want it different it won't be, but good spread. Free three drinks a night during 5:30-7 pm. We didnt have a dog but hotel is very dog friendly. Clean and has some sort of private security we saw in lot several times. This is important as certain parts of Albuquerque have high auto break ins. Always felt safe when there.
