The staff was not helpful and very slow check in because she was yawning. The building is nice but dirty common areas and room restroom and kitchen are were not very clean. Guess we’re letting no guess inside the building making it unsafe especially for kids. Great hotel just needs a little work.

The beds were out of this world! And I have such bad sleep issues My only complaint is house keeping woke us up at 830 to see if we were out of the room (check out is at 12 mind you). I told her no. Went back to sleep, she comes back 45-1 hr later asking when we are leaving. I don’t know I tell her… There were no door hangers that said “do not disturb” so couldn’t really use that :( Other than that, amazing stay/hotel

I’ve been visiting Albany a lot lately because I’ve been visiting a sick friend and I’ve stayed at several different hotels. This stay was the best stay I have had in my many visits. The facility was awesome the stay was peaceful, and convenient to all the places I had to take me friend for treatment. I will definitely be booking my next stay at this Hotel and Suites.
