With a trail that leads from the top to the sand in 5 minutes, this home is in a gated community that allows for privacy and seclusion. Whether you are looking for a relaxing vacation or fun with family and friends, Cliffside offers a variety of activities and amazing views. The rooftop deck is large and allows for parties giving a one-of-a-kind view of the ocean. Or relax in the hot tub, which also has stunning views. An outdoor shower provides hot and cold water to rinse off from beach excursions. Leave your buckets behind, we provide kites, bikes, sand buckets, towels, everything you need for a fun day at the beach. The home has Restoration Hardware furniture that is comfortable inside and out. Personal requests for drinks and/or snacks will be accommodated, and there is always food in the pantry. The home has brand new appliances and includes laundry. We provide top of the line toiletries for use at the beach and after. This is a beautiful home that is both elegant and functional, we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.
