Excellent hotel. Our stay was very pleasant. The amenities were amazing, the gym has a lot of equipment and they even offer yoga sessions. The breakfast buffet was also great with many options available and a huge focus on healthy options. The location is close to the train station making it easily accessible. Highly recommend this place!

We were staying at SCHLOSS Zermatt for four nights and absolutely loved it! The family suite is nice, clean, and spacious; breakfast is delicious; and the location is so convenient, just a few steps away from the Zermatt train station, the Gornergrat railway station, and the main station. Zermatt is a lovely place to visit, and SCHLOSS surely add another reason for us to come back and visit again in the future. We will definitely stay here again and would love to recommend it to our friends.

Great location, spa, pool and service. Rooms are nice, but Zermatt does not do AC. They did provide a Dyson fan, but it was so loud that it was not usable. The outside air temp.is perfect so no AC needed.

Stayed 3 nights with a friend. The hotel is beautiful with lots of great amenities. Although there was no AC, I found the room comfortable with the Dyson fan provided and window open in the evening. Breakfast had a great selection. Always started the day fueled. the afternoon coffee, tea, cookies and cake were a very nice touch. The location is unbeatable - a very short walk to the trains and cable cars. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Friendly, helpful staff.

This spa is a real gem, conveniently located just a stone’s throw away from the train station that leads to the Gornergrat. From our room, we had an incredible view of the Matterhorn, a truly spectacular sight.

The view at the restaurant was good if you know where to sit. Was lost when first arrived because I missed the entrance. Once you know the way it's really a short distance next to the train station. On and off you can hear guests slamming to close the door, which shouldn't be the case.

Nicest hotel that we stayed during our Switzerland trip. Excellent facility and super courteous staff. While it lacked views of the Matterhorn, the two minute walk to the train station was very convenient. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Incredible hotel. We didn’t want to leave and we will for sure go back. We stayed in the cottage which is a few steps from the main building. This is so well equipped and decorated and so peaceful. It has two bedrooms and bathrooms, a full kitchen, a movie room, a family room, a private sauna and full laundry facilities. The staff is welcoming and helpful and the location couldn’t be better - just a few steps from the train stations. Breakfast and afternoon tea & cake are included and were delicious. Sophia at the bar makes great drinks and was really kind and helpful. Pool, gym, spa and game room were all excellent. Highly recommend!
