We stayed at Naco Zermatt as a family of four 2 adults 2 kids 8&11 and had a wonderful experience. We loved our apartment—it was comfortable, well-designed, and perfect for a family stay. The spa was a great bonus and very relaxing after a day out. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around Zermatt, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Stayed here as part of a longer trip. This is a great hotel with an outstanding staff. It is close to the train station. We were able to transport our luggage from the train station to the hotel without issue. The breakfast was outstanding. The last day we left early and were unable to partake in the breakfast so the staff made us sandwiches to take with. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrific value from a hotel snob

I usually find faults in hotels but this hotel has tremendous value and is clean. We enjoyed the indoor saltwater pool and the convenience from the train station. Breakfast had solid mix of western comforts and more traditional local fare. Enjoyed so much we actually extended the stay by a day.

We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.
