Hotel is located not far from the train station which was super easy to walk to, right in the middle of all the restaurants, bars and shopping. Very good breakfast. We had a wonderful time here

Great city with amazing views and easily walkable to all attractions, dining and shopping. Hotel was right in the middle of it. Had a very nice breakfast and bottled water available for guests. I do highly recommend.

Comfortable and convenient

Loved the large bathroom, TV station choices as there were several English speaking stations to choose from, breakfast choices, and we could even see the Matterhorn from our room when there wasn’t cloud cover. Staff were helpful and friendly, too. Convenient location; relatively close to the train station.

Poor breakfast service

The hotel room is clean, the only negative thing was the server’s rude attitude and service at breakfast time. We noticed the guests at table next to us kept taking all the smoked salmon, we couldn’t even get any. One of the servers who is the tallest there with blond hair tied back probably assumed we took the salmon as well, she started cleaning away our cups and plates when we were not done eating. When I tried to take the apple with me, she said rudely, “you can not take the food with you.” It was a horrible experience. Will not go back to the hotel again.

Nice little boutique hotel right on main street 1/4 mile from train station. We were given a very large corner room on 2nd floor - very nice; however I did notice that some other rooms were quite small. Good breakfasts.

Hotel was less than a five minute walk from the train station. They had a typical continental breakfast that included hard boiled eggs, lunch meat, bread, cereal, yogurt, and cheese. Room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The only negative was room overlooked the Main Street and it was very noisy, which made it difficult to sleep. For this reason alone I would not stay there again.

Good value, clean, nicely renovated bathrooms. Room itself was dated. No air conditioning, which you wouldn't think you'd need in Zermatt but we found the room got quite stuffy when we visited in June.
