Dirty carpet with stains in many places. Uncomfortable hard beds and hard pillows. Staff not very flexible, and critical of conversations happening in the lobby. (The only social space) Breakfast was good, though.

Very clean, comfortable and well designed room.

Very clean, comfortable and well designed room. We stayed at a twin room which was a little larger than their typical room so it was spacious enough to feel comfortable. The desk area has a mirror and you can use it as both of business and putting make-up. The bathroom is not large but I liked the Bathtub which was deeper than that I see at typical hotel rooms. Power outlets are everywhere. I see the room was well designed for guests to stay comfortable. Breakfast was amazing for the price. I recommend this hotel.

Fair, but think I will try a different place

Room (carpet) was very dirty; surprised APA would let it get into such condition. Also, they have a - Capsule Hotel - on floor 1 & 2, which is were the bath is, such that it is - MEN Only - and did not sit well with someone. Breakfast, simple, but plentiful and good friendly staff here. Front desk help was a bit hit or miss with depending upon whom was there (the non Japanese person, who knew English best, seem like he was smoking something wrong, and would rather work with smart app translator and different person...) to assist. Actually did some laundry here, as it was a long trip, and that is in the Men's Only capsule area; washing machine is fine, but the clothes dryer just did not seem to work well, as clothes dried faster hanging up (at least it seemed) in the room. Area was good, but will try a different hotel next time given room and hallway floor condition (dirty). Still wondering why the check-in desk is on the 3rd floor.

It's ok

Always amazed when in Japan by the rigidity or the seriousness of the way they take their work. How about being able to check in earlier? What about eating in the lobby while waiting? It's all ok, yes? Nice friendly young trainee staff, older staff not so nice. A very weathered property that requires plenty of work. Small rooms with extremely dirty rugs in the hall ways. Upper top rooms very sweet and very blessed to get one. Neighborhood has a really fun street called Bell Road so a breath of fresh air in a massive concrete jungle. That's about all there is around this property.

The hotel is within close walking distance from the JR Tsunami station. While Tsurumi isn't really close to Yokohama's attractions, it's a nice neighborhood with more of a local's feel and a lot of inexpensive places to eat.

Nice hotel close to tsurumi station

I have stayed two nights in a business trip with my family ... It is nice hotel with clean rooms ..it is near convenient store and Olympic store . The disadvantage is that the wifi in the room is only cavering small part so you have to stay near room door to get wifi .. which is disappointing .

Great Hotel

Great hotel, great location nearby Tsurumi Train Station, free Wifi worked very well. We stayed at this hotel for 3 times and probably we will back next year too. If you come by car, many charged parking is available nearby.
