Good on the whole. The view from the room is excellent, overlooking the beautiful Yokohama harbour. Close to the convention center and the Queen's Square. Also easy to reach, have. Limousine bus and subway to reach .

This was a great stay. The location is perfect, very walkable to shopping and attractions, the Red Warehouse, the cruise terminal, etc. Great views of the harbor. Staff were very helpful in making reservations for the airport shuttle bus which leaves basically every half hour from the hotel. Only 800 JPY for the ride to the airport in clean buses with plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again.
I loved that it was connected to our convention center, the plaza, and two nearby transit stations. We loved the added bridge over water to go toward the 7/11. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the many nearby options for food and entertainment.
Convenient location near the convention center and train station. The line was long to check in. The interior decor was a bit tired and in need of a refresh.
