Comfort, nice bed, good location. Slightly dated but that's expected.

the bed was very comfortable, the room was adequate

Everything is above average. A minor complaint is about breakfast service. A coupon is given for breakfast either at 1F and 4F. While trying to have Japanese breakfast, the staff stops us and stated it for Japanese only. Other than that, I enjoyed everything in the hotel.

Hotel was nice but the carpet does need to be replaced, especially in the high traffic areas near the staff elevators/storage. Did not have any problem with my Platinum Ambassador status being recognized and was upgraded without doing anything more than showing my membership card. I had neglected to enter the info when I booked the room through a third party agent. Staff was very polite and attentive to my needs. Very prompt and courteous service.

Only thing I can complain about is the number of restaurants they have.

Extremely comfortable, great location--awesome view!

I have stayed here four or five times. Very nice hotel, but the rooms are very outdated. Carpet is dirty in the rooms and furniture is cheap like patio furniture. The lobby and public areas are great, very clean. But the rooms could use a lot of help.

It was my 2nd time to stay this hotel for an exhibition. While staying, I felt very comfortable from well organized and educated staffs and nice facilities. For the tourists, there will be other opinions but it will be an perfect option for just relaxing or having time to think over planning something new. Especially, I enjoyed night scenery of Yokohama harbor a lot. Even more there are nice shopping malls, hot spring, different color restaurants and amusement park for kids in 5-10 minutes walk. Totally, I would like to recommend this hotel for business men or tourists. Looking forward to staying again.....

Located in the bay area of Yokohama, very nice location, beautiful view from the rooms.

Good. except food and drinks too expensive. we stopped eating and drinking at hotel because of cost.

location ,service,and price good.

Hotel was excellent, very good service, spotless rooms and a fantastic view of the bay. The hotel was also near a metro station so getting around the city or to the main train station to go out of the city was easy. The walk is about 5-10 minutes to the metro. The staff all seemed to speak at least basic English so there was no problem communicating. My wife and I got room service the first night we were there because we were just to tired to go out and the food was good. We ate at the breakfast buffet the two mornings we were there, that while a bit pricey ($34) was huge and the best breakfast buffet we found in Japan. We stayed in 4 different hotels in Japan and this was by far our favorite. Can't recommend it enough.

The room had a great view. The window does open a bit which was good because climate control was bit spotty. The room was a good size (by Japanese standards) and very light and airy. Convenient to the subway.

The location and public areas in this hotel is very nice for business, but even as a vacation destination for a night or two. The hotel is on the water and close to an overwhelming amount of shopping, and amusements in Yokahama Japan. Not the most beautiful area of Japan, but good for a night or so. The room in the hotel was a bit stark for the area, and must cater to business people more than for pleasure. The hotel was busy and has a lot of restaurant options. Staff is friendly and multi-lingual.

I booked a sea view room and I was completely amazed by the views (of the bay and city skyline). There were literally chairs facing the window with a table in between. The only drawback is that the Shinkansen station (bullet train) is a bit of a hike.
