Although Expedia stated there was laundry facilities on-site, they only had laundry services. When brought to their attention, they apologized for the confusion and offered us both an upgraded room and breakfasts while staying there.

Convenient to the passenger cruise port as well as to the train station. I highly recommend it for people flying into Japan via Hamada and leaving via the Yokohama cruise port

Stayed twice, would stay again.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is super convenient to Sakurgichu Station, connected to a shopping mall, and walkable distance to other attractions. Luggage transfer is difficult. We found out shortly before we needed to send our luggage ahead to the airport, they only do hotel to hotel, and the front desk only reffer us to 7-11, which was not helpful. When we had refridge issues, same front desk told us how to fix it ourselves and if we couldn't then they'll come up to help us. Cool to try on our own, but frustrating when we're looking for help. Less friendly than the first time we stayed, but overall a good experience, I would stay again.

Family friendly hotel

New hotel. Very clean. Located adjacent to a major department store with plenty of food options. Less than 100 m from JR station. Very convenient. Fantastic view of the bay from window. Also has water dispensor and microwave.
