The views from the Royal Park Hotel are exceptional, the room and the amenities were really great, I slept so well! Super clean, super friendly staff. They helped me rearrange furniture to suit my needs even though I was only staying one night. The only thing was they were doing elevator maintenance, so that was a bit inconvenient, as it took longer to ride, and at night the lobby was stacked full of elevator parts. I suppose they have to do, and it was apparent they tried to minimize the inconvenience to guests. Did not get a chance to use the pool. If I were to gripe about something it would be the towels, they were unpleasant for some reason, especially on the face they felt like I was eating paper, if that makes any sense. Too much starching? Also would recommend bringing your own razors. But those are details. Definitely an excellent hotel, I had a wonderful stay.
