The front desk staffs were very nice and helpful with taxi booking. We lost a wallet (cash and our son’s student Suica card) inside a taxi and staff help calling to inquire (thankfully we had the taxi receipt). Unfortunately it was not found, which was a bit disappointing because we had lost many items in the past like a backpack and pocket WiFi on trains, scooter in the park, etc. but we were able to recover 99.9% of the items. Our room and breakfast was okay. It was peak season so limited room was available. Having a laundry room was great and staff were attentive when needed. The location allowed us to visit a local shrine during new year comfortably. Overall, we had a good stay. Thank you^^
