We enjoyed our stay! The staff were very courteous and helpful with blackcat service and airport flat-rate taxi booking service. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and many varieties food options. We would consider staying again^^ My friend came to visit briefly and they advised her to park her car in front of the hotel (non-peak hours). Thank you so much!!

Staff were nice, room was clean and fine We've stayed at the Hyatt Regency before and loved it. This time we upgraded to a corner room, and somehow it was worse than the standard room - we were on the 8th floor with loud and consistent road noise (hotel is across the road from a fire station on our side), and the room was much smaller this time.

Out of the 3 hotels I stayed at on my most recent trip to Japan, I felt the staff here was hit or miss. For Japan I often find myself blown away by the hospitality, but there was a coldness to more than a few of the staff members. In the states, I probably wouldn’t notice, but the for Japan standards I was a bit shocked. When there are so many amazing hotels with great service in Japan, I probably would not come back to this one.

Lovely hotel! Rooms were great! Super friendly staff! Great breakfast with lots of variety!! Comfy pajamas! Only thing I’d recommend is providing enough amenities in room for the guests (we were 4 and only had 2 bottles of water, 2 pjs, 2 toothbrushes etc.) called and got the items brought up no problem! Appreciated the thoughtful birthday gift!!! Highly recommend staying here when in yokohoma as it’s well located and super close to everything!!
